Process was easy, house is very well equipped, you really don't need to bring anything. The neighborhood is quiet and there is good food, groceries and activities all very close by.

Lovely, clean cottage!

We had a lovely stay. Very clean and updated cottage on a quiet street. Designed very well so it is more spacious than it may look from the outside! Would happily stay again if we are in the area.

Cozy Cottage for Christmas

We had a very comfortable stay at the Cozy Cottage. Stayed warm during very cold weather conditions. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. I loved having the washer and dryer available!

The Lakeview Cottage exceeded expectations! My family was visiting from out of state for our daughters’ Cheer Competition and it was the perfect home away from home. Home was clean, Host was very communicative and accommodating, would definitely book again!

Great stay in Southwick!

We had a great stay at this little cottage with my husband, my two children and myself. The host was great and very easy to communicate with and we appreciated the fact that there was toilet paper, plenty of kitchen dishes etc, towels, and washing machine/dryer. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and Cozy New England Retreat

This cozy cottage is safe, clean, extraordinarily quiet and nicely appointed. Perfect size for a couple or small family. It is steps away from the lake, walking distance to the Southwick Rail Trail, a 5-minute drive to the supermarket and 20 minutes to Bradley International Airport.

Nice cottage near lake

Beautiful, well interior designed home. The host was great. The location was easy to find and it was a pleasant place to stay. My only suggestion is having some curtains to cut the security lights that flow into the main bedroom at night.
