"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays."

"Very nice hotel, staff was pleasant.
However, when asked for extra pillow was advised that only maintenance had access. I think the front desk clerk was the only person on duty. Which I Found that kind of strange that there was no one else available since the hotel was very busy."

"There was no one at the desk when we were trying to check in. There was a line waiting and I called the number shown at the service desk and it just rang back at the desk. I finally called again and the clerk came in from outside. He never apologized for not being there and acted like we were an inconvenience. He was also speaking so softly that he had to keep repeating himself.
I have stayed here in the past and never had a problem. I hope the guy was just having an off day."

"This place is new and clean. The suites are lovely and nicely stocked.
However, I was woke by lots of noise in the room above me.
No one answered the phone at the front desk, so I couldn't even ask to have the noise addressed.
Doesn't seem like the staff is paying attention.
Also the breakfast food was sitting in grease. Seems like for such a nice Hilton hotel brand, that you all could do better."
