Villa Raffaella, in the old town centre of Spongano, is a holiday home for 6 guests with swimming pool in a well-refurbished building, with many accessories and barrel-vaulted ceilings.
The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, internet, washing machine, dishwasher, tv in the rooms, coffee machine, electric and microwave oven, kettle, barbecue with wood-burning oven, hydromassage tub, iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, foosball under the porch, solarium. Pets are allowed with additional fee.

The
beautiful, refined villa is furnished with prestigious elements and
it`s the result of a wise renovation that enhanced the beautiful ancient
ceilings with exposed stones.
The electric gate opens into the
garden. The oval-shaped swimming pool is surrounded by the well-kept
lawn. Next to the swimming pool there is majestic porch with outdoor
seating area and foosball.
The villa is divided into two units. The sleeping area of the main unit consists of 1 twin bedroom under star-vaulted ceiling, a double bedroom under barrel-vaulted ceiling and 1 bathroom with shower.
The
living room is under barrel-vaulted ceilings with beautiful
chandeliers, dining area, sofas, fireplace and open kitchen, in addition
to the bathroom with hydromassage tub and laundry area.
The
outbuilding is in the garden, by the swimming pool and the barbecue. It
consists of a double bedroom under wooden ceiling, mini-bar and bathroom
with hydromassage shower.

Villa
Raffaella is in Spongano, a small town near the coast, in Southern
Salento. The villa is in the city centre, within walking distance from
the commercial and tourist amenities of the town.
The closest seaside location is Castro, 6 kilometers away. Moreover, the villa is close to the suggestive Acquaviva bay in Marittima, which is 7 kilometers away, the famous town of Santa Cesarea Terme, 9 kilometers away and Tricase Porto, 12 kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 150 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
