This home provides comfortable living with 3 queen sized beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and large communal spaces throughout the home. The fenced backyard provides privacy and a cozy outdoor space for your enjoyment. Located centrally in the popular South Hill neighborhood enables quick access to all that Spokane has to offer. We look forward to hosting you!
    Absolutely NO PARTIES allowed. This is a family oriented building. We have wonderful neighbors and ask that you please respect their right to peace and quiet. If there is any report of a disturbance, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. No refund will be given for the remainder of your stay, along with loss of security deposit. Smoking is NOT allowed at this property.

Our stay went very well. The house is clean, well kept, and has great access to everything. We will try to stay again in the future as we have family here we visit often.

Place was perfect for our family in town for NYU graduation. Plenty of space for us all and easy to get around where we needed to go. Super clean, comfy beds and well stocked with anything we could have needed! We’d come back!

We spent the weekend with our five kids here and found it to be just about perfect. Our only two complaints were the lack of a grill on the property and one of the sofa beds was very small. We did receive a discount since the description included a grill in it. The hosts were very responsive when we reached out to them to access the property. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was clean, comfortable, and in a neighborhood that was quiet. The neighborhood was also walkable to grocery stores, churches, and a library. It’s a great house for two or three people.
