Brand New 3BD, 2.5BTH Triplex Unit Near Downtown!

Conveniently located near Downtown Spokane, the Spokane Arena and The Podium. This up and coming neighborhood is right on the outskirts of Kendall Yards and offers many eclectic food and shopping options! A short distance from local culinary delights including The Backyard Public House, The Bruncheonette, Doyle’s Ice Cream Parlor, Vieux Carre NOLA Kitchen, Maxwell House Restaurant, Indaba Coffee and Made With Love Bakery!

The space
Built in 2023 with a modern yet functional open floor plan design. The space has been thoughtfully curated and decorated with both masculine yet delicate details and a touch of Pacific Northwest pride. The wide open and spacious floor plan allows for our guests to really spread out while still staying connected. The bottom floor includes a large living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry facilities and half bathroom. In the living room you are welcomed with a cozy reclining sofa and love seat with rockers. Enjoy a relaxing evening in while watching your favorite shows on the impressive 85” smart TV. The kitchen is adequately stocked with all basic cooking appliances, dishes and utensils which make it very convenient to prepare meals on-site. Our second floor boasts a lovely master bedroom complete with a full bathroom as well as 2 queen bedrooms and an additional shared bathroom. All bedrooms are adorned with luxurious mattresses, linens and floor to ceiling blackout curtains to ensure that our guests experience a comfortable and refreshing nights rest. If you are one of those people who are looking for a “home away from home” feeling when you travel, look no further! You’ve found it!

Beautiful VRBO, easy access to downtown Spokane

Our family stayed in this VRBO while in Spokane to see Hamilton. The rental is in a great location to downtown Spokane. Communication was great, check in was easy and the rental is spotless and beautifully decorated!

Great place to stay!

The house was exactly as advertised! Clean, new, well appointed, and the owners were perfect hosts with excellent communication. The hand selected and personal decor in the master bedroom made it feel so comfortable and not cold like some rental properties can feel. The mattress was so comfortable that I took a picture of the brand to purchase for myself later. Most rentals in that area are older homes with 1 bathroom so having 2.5 was a luxury for our group of 6 people.

Lovely apartment!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed! Super clean and well appointed. Close to groceries, restaurants and Starbucks. We would definitely stay here again when in Spokane!

Nice clean place. Sketchy neighborhood.

The townhome is super clean. Owners are great communicators. But between the loud cars and the neighbors cussing and yelling on their front porch all hours of the day and night, we didn’t get much sleep:(. Just a few suggestions for the house: - since there are no closets downstairs, a coat rack would be handy. - add a towel rack to the kitchen island - couple of more kitchen towels would be nice Overall we had a nice stay. Thank you.

Comfortable centrally located accommodation

We had a great stay for a few nights in Spokane. The owners communicated clearly and quickly at all times and the property had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and AC was controlled by zones so we always found a temperature that worked for our group.

Comfortable, New, Beautifully Decorated

Everything was very straightforward with check in and check out. All beds, linens, furniture were all new. Comfortable beds! Good layout for a group of 5 adults. Kitchen well stocked although we didn’t cook any meals. Location was close to downtown and the Riverfront Park. Neighborhood is a mix of very old houses and infills like this one.

Great location for Gonzaga students. Short drive to campus, clean and decently quite neighborhood. Would stay again.
