Step into a bright, open-plan living space perfect for families or groups. This stylish, newly built home was designed for a seamless and comfortable stay, offering a welcoming environment to relax after a day of exploring Spokane.

* **Parking:** Guests have full use of the attached two-car garage for secure, off-street parking. Additional free on-street parking is also readily available if needed.

Nice modern home. Great location for easy access to downtown and to Riverside state park. Great place to stay with young kids, we always appreciate when there are not lots of trinkets and breakable decorations. Attached garage and single level made everything easy. Close to Safeway, highly recommend curbside pickup, it was so quick and convenient. Would definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

Roll the dice

This home and home owner is superb. Not sure if I am suppose to say but the home owner owns this house aka Green House and the house next to it aka The White House. Roll the dice and pick one. You wont go wrong either way. Even more convenient is if you have a very large party and both of these houses are open at the same time. STEAL!

Family visit.

We, my two brothers and I, came to Spokane from the Portland metro area to visit our ill sister who can no longer travel. We are all in our 60's and all have disabiling arthritis. We needed a place that was 1 level, 3 beds, 2 bath to accommodate the three of us. And close to our sister. This fit the needs and comfort we needed.

Great Hosts and Comfortable House

If you need to visit Spokane, this is a great place to stay! So nice that it has a garage and a place to safely charge your vehicle! The house is clean with a nice kitchen and comfy couches. Hosts Phil and Barb go out of their way to help with anything one might need during a visit. Will definitely be back!
