Villa Tanicius is newly built villa, highly equipped and furnished with heated private swimming pool located in a very quiet, natural surrounding. The spacious interiors with modern design fully air-conditioned accommodation for 8 people, and offers 4 en-suite bedrooms,5 bathrooms.

Ground floor offers 1 en-suite bedroom with king size bed 180x200cm (with AC, TV, exit to pool area), sauna room,gym, spacious kitchen with living and dining area with full access the pool area.
There is also a separate toilet with laundry and all needed amenities.

The first floor offers modern and comfortable 3 en-suite bedrooms. Bedroom No.2 with two single beds (90x200), A/C, TV, bathroom with shower,balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.3 with king size bed (180x200), A/C,TV bathroom with shower, balcony with pool view. Bedroom No.4 with king size bed (180x200), A/C, TV bathroom with bathtub, balcony with pool view.
The outdoor offers private pool 37m2 , whirlpool for 4 people, huge and covered lounge corner with outdoor dining area next to the BBQ, a 55" TV, trampoline, 8 sunbeds, sun umbrellas and other pool amenities. There is an outside shower with hot water as well, net to the pool.

Beautiful peaceful environment with great privacy. The open modern concept living space encompasses the kitchen, living room and dining area . Living room, comfortable sofa that is a great place to relax with a Android TV (65") with satellite TV , Netflix and Playstation 4. In case you are not the fan of TV, you can just relax for after dinner conversation. The first floor offers 3 en suite bedrooms,AC,exit to the balcony with the pool and mountain view

In back of the house there is a secured parking space for 4 cars.
There is available 11kW Wallbox charger for EV cars.
Villa is equiped with solar panels to produce its own electricity and to help reduce emission of CO2 in world.

Neighborhood is very quiet,secluded area,ideal for long walks in the woods.It is also the perfect refuge if you simply want to spend your time relaxing in the pool, away from all and listening the birds song!

We will be happy to help our guests, instruct them and recommend them where to go and what to see but at the same time we respect their privacy completely.

Having a car is recommended.

Beautiful modern villa in a quiet hillside village

Our family of 5 had a wonderful week staying at this villa which is located in a small village in the hills with amazing views of the mountains and countryside. The villa is clean and well presented and has a fully equiped kitchen. The host Ante is great and available anytime for any queries or ideas about where to visit. No complaints at all, highly recommended.

Fantastic house and host

The house was fantastic - exactly as advertised. It was private, gorgeous pool and outdoor space. Great indoor space. 4 very comfortable modern bedrooms and bathrooms. The host was lovely - warm, welcoming, helpful. She provided excellent local restaurant and beach suggestions. Would highly recommend the house.

What a place!!!

This is a fantastic property! It was really well equipped and so clean. Everything we could possibly need had been provided…and more. It was really quick and easy to get into Split or Omis but we loved coming ‘home’ to the peacefulness of the property. Communication with the owner was really easy and he went out of his way to help make our stay perfect…which it was. We were really sad to leave and would highly recommend this villa.

Stunning villa near Split

This property is spacious, modern and fully equipped with everything you need in a home from home. It has been completed to a very high standard and was a joy to stay in. We had many luxuries at the villa such as a shower by the pool with hot running water, large TV outside, and a great built-in barbecue. Each room’s air conditioning was specific to that room so we could all have our own ambient temperatures which made us all the more comfortable. Our host Ante went above and beyond to make us welcome, answer all our questions and provide invaluable recommendations for places to visit and where to eat out. On our first night he even provided groceries for a light meal - very welcome after our delayed flights. We cannot wait to return at the earliest opportunity!

Luxury and amazing time at Villa Tanicius

We had absolutely a lovely time at villa Tanicius. The house was amazing, we really liked the picture but it was even better in reality. The house is completely new and have everything one can you wish for. We traveled together with our family, five grownups and two children and the house was really spacious. The children loved the house and especially the great swimming pool, trampoline and play station. House was very suitable for children and also grownups. It was very hot during our stay but the house kept cool really well with separate air condition units in all rooms and we could enjoy the sun in all of the nice balconies, swimming pool area and terraces. There was also a very nice gym with a lot of machines and even a sauna. The location of the house was perfect. It was very private but at the same time you had all you need in the small village at walking distance. When we wanted to go to the beach it was approximately 15 min journey with car to the city Omis and it also had nice restaurant, shops and other tourist attraction. It took only app. 20 minutes to split and another 15min to the airport with car. The host was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. One evening the house owner prepared traditional Croatian food which was fabulous. Our older soon told us that it tasted like candy and we can just agree! We can highly recommend this accommodation and we will definitely travel there again.

awesome place and nice surroundings

Me and my family recently stayed in Villa Tanicius and had a lovely time. The villa is spacious, modern, clean and extremely well equipped, especially if you plan on eating in. It is in a peaceful and secluded setting, with mountains behind and woods / olive groves flanking the other sides of the property. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi are excellent for chilling out and relaxing. The villa was well located for travelling around Croatia and the islands. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They had left a basket of food when we arrived and as well a leaving gift. Highly recommended.

A great new house and a friendly host.

We loved our stay at Villa Tanicius. The house is clean and spacious and it is very well equipped for a summer stay. The pool is great and clean and the outdoor area is very good. The house is in a old farmers village where many of the houses are rather old but some are being renovated. The people in the town are very friendly and welcoming. The host is 100% reliable, he responded quickly to all of our questions and helped and gave advice when needed.
