Beach Zvoncac and ACI Marina Split are just few minutes walking from the apartment.

It's also just few minutes walking to the Split west seafront, Riva promenade, famous Diocletians Palace and Prokrative square.

Living room has an air-condition unit, LED TV with cable channels and comfortable sofa bed sleeping two people.

Kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer and coffee machine, ready for you to prepare any kind of tasty meal.

Gallery has one cozy double bed.

Bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and washing machine.

We will also provide you an iron and ironing board.

All equipment in the apartment - air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi internet, clean bedclothes, towels & more is included free of charge.

We can also provide baby cot for free, please just ask in advance.

**** House rules:

Price for one night stays is +30%.

For two or more nights stay standard price applies.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed, sorry.

We expect normal house behaviour - please watch out not to break anything, leave the apartment tidy as you found it and don't make noise to other people in the house.

Also please don't forget to enjoy your stay here!

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

You will have the exclusive access to the apartment and its balcony.

We also provide free private parking spot in front of the house.



**** The Neighbourhood:

Apartment is located in the center of Split, in quiet neighbourhood called Meje.

The city part where the apartment is located is within walking range of virtually everything worth visiting in Split: restaurants, coffee bars, green market, fish market, shops, tourist bureau, famous city seafront... all within 3 to 10 minutes walking.

Popular Split beaches Zvoncac, Jezinac and Obojena Svjetlost are within 5-20 minutes walking from the apartment.


**** Getting around:

Bus station is one minute walking from the apartment.

Ferry port, train and regional bus station are 20-25 minutes walking from the apartment.

***** Notice for the Ultra Music Festival (UMF) guests:

Stay from 8th to 12th of July (4 nights) is mandatory. Please do not make reservation for less. You are welcome to come earlier or stay later than those dates.

UMF is held at Park Mladezi stadium, 35 min walking from the apartment, or 5-10 min by car.
