It's located in a quiet neighbourhood near the Diocletian's Palace, Split seafront and forest park Marjan.

The nearest beach called Prva Voda with lots of natural shade is in the forest park Marjan, just 20 minutes walking or 3 min by car.

Some pets are allowed, please contact in advance. We expect normal house behavior - please watch out not to break anything, leave the accommodation tidy as you have found it and don't make noise to other people.
For security purposes, please send us following info of each guest: name and surname, place, country and date of birth, citizenship, type and number of identity document, place of residence, address and gender. For check-in date more than 48 hours of check in please send us that info within 2 hours of booking and for same day reservations please send us that info within 1 hour of booking or we reserve the right to cancel.

Check in time is 2 p.m., check out at 10 a.m., flexible if possible.

Ferry port, train station and regional bus station are within 15 minutes walking.
