Apartment & Studio Riva Lucija by Litto

Apartments Riva Lucija are situated in the southern part of Diocletian's palace, 1700 years old monument listed on the UNESCO heritage list. The apartment is overlooking the Split main promenade (Riva) which is the centre of all the happenings in Split and also called a "living room of residents".
They offer accommodation for 5 persons in total. The kitchen is fully equipped.
The space
These stylish apartments feature a flat-screen cable TV and air-conditioning, and some have a seating area and offer a view of the port. All the apartments come with a bath or shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer.

Meals can be prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or kitchenettes, which offer a stove and a fridge. There are plenty of restaurants and places to try the local cuisine within a short distance from the property.

The place is divided into the apartment and studio apartment which we lately rented separately, but now we are renting them as one unit. They are both on the same floor and they share the same hallway. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons in the bedroom and one in the living room on the sofa bed. The studio can accommodate 2 persons. So, the total capacity is 5.
