"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The only thing negative we noticed was the dirty windows. I know the third floor was being remodeled, but why would the windows everywhere else be so dirty? All in all, a great price and comfortable stay."

"Our room was extremely clean! Loved that! Staff was very friendly!! Breakfast was very good and varied daily. The one issue was the mattress! When we got into bed it was like falling into a hole! Couldn’t roll over and REALLY hard to get out of bed! After 3 nights of that I was glad we were not staying longer. If we need to stay in the area again I would choose this hotel again but instead of a king bed maybe a room with 2 double beds would be better."

"You could tell the room hadn’t properly been clean. There was toothpaste all over the sink stuff all over the walls. The covers had cigarette burns and the whole place just smell like cigarettes even though I got a non-smoking room I booked a room with a single king bed and they changed it to a room with two full beds instead"

"Room was clean, bed was good, breakfast was mediocre. Pool and hot tub wasn't available. Had dropped a bracelet on carpet, and didn't notice it till we were home 4 hours away. When we called and asked if it was found, they said no. That was the last place we saw it. 2 of the hosts were kind of sarcastic, will the tall one was more than helpful. Location was convenient."

"No remote in room - had to get one from the front desk. Phone doesn’t work. Security lock on door is broken and useless. Filthy dusty behind everything. Beard hair shavings in the sink. Dirty bathtub. No hairdryer.Only one bed had fresh sheets. The other bed obviously slept in. Pillows so skinny that they fold them in half and tuck the pillowcase in around the square shape. Waffles, toast, rice crispies at breakfast - that’s it."

"Room was clean. Lobby and check in was locked down and behind glass. Outside doors were unlocked and did not require a key the 3 times we used them. Our door had a deadbolt but chain lock was missing. Did not feel safe."
