"This is a really fabulous small hotel. The mostly young staff are wonderful and have really good customer service skills. The room we had was large and warm and really nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable with sufficient pillows and some nice cushions.It was apparent that thought had been put in to all aspects of our stay. There were lovely little touches in the room - biscuits, fresh coffee and a cafetière, an extra blanket, and even recycling facilities in the room itself. We had a vegan...

My room was an external room of the Inn and therefore the security of the guest experience should be of a much higher level than if the guest was located within the actual main building. However, the door lock to my external room had clearly been breached with a screwdriver at some point in the past. Was this damage caused during a burglary, perhap?? "Only a continental breakfast available which was limited. The bedroom was spacious and newly refurbished. It had everything we needed. Great location for Wells centre."

"Caro the host was lovely and friendly and very hospitable. The old Manor House is beautiful set in rolling countryside. The bedroom was large, beds were comfortable and good shower. Caro provides an excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Would defo visit again. The Globe Inn nearby does good food and the staff and locals were good fun."
