One block from an amazing 2 mile calm beach. Located in the middle of town in a quiet residential area. After the beach, stroll to your private upstairs apartment, nestled in a tropical garden!
Also called The Cat House, we have 5 shy rescue cats that lounge around the garden.
Downstairs there are two quiet pups that Netflix and Chill when not frolicking at the beach. Some guests don't even know they are there. You decide if you want to interact with them.
Downstairs there's a large grill, outdoor shower and laundry area.
Your space upstairs gives complete privacy and a tree house feeling.
Cool off inside with a simple yet well stocked kitchen, unlimited drinking water, smart TV and two beds.
One bedroom has a queen bed with crisp linens, large closet and TV.
2nd bed, a full, is in the living area and there is one shared bathroom with shower.
Dining table and comfy lounge set are outside on a covered deck.
Listen to palm fronds rustle and birds chirping.
Everyone loves the outdoor shower it's a great way to cool off after the beach.
Our Jamis Boss bikes are well maintained and fun to explore and even cycle down the beach at low tide.
Spanish Wells is one of the safest Islands in the world. I know you'll love it too.

Loved every minute

Amazing host, amazing pets, amazing property. I could not recommend staying with Lucia during your stay in Spanish Wells. Apartment was well stocked and comfortable. The real gem is Lucia who is just an overall beautiful person. I could not overstate how much I loved my visit, wish I could of stayed longer. Bonus: has the cutest and friendliest pets.

Wonderful Stay in Spanish Wells!

We had a fantastic experience during our first vacation to Spanish Wells. Lucia was exceptionally gracious, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. The accommodations were ideal for my husband, our 16-month-old toddler Wyatt, and me. The space was clean and well-maintained, and Lucia even provided some toys for Wyatt to enjoy at the beach. The beach, just steps away from the house, is truly stunning and one of the best on the island. Thank you, Lucia, for making our stay so memorable!

Amazing!!!

I can not say enough great things about this place. It was so clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated, amazing tropical backyard and the best part was the host. She was extremely helpful, sweet and informative. We go to Spanish Wells every year and this will be our spot for sure!

Paradise found

I will start by saying that Lucia, our gracious host, sets the tone of this lovely property. Comfortable, beautiful, well-appointed, close to all amenities, and steps away from, dare I say, one of the most unforgettable beaches I’ve ever laid eyes on. This property is a nature lovers paradise. One of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Thank you, Lucia!

Amazing hospitality

The property was beautiful and just as depicted in the photos. The yard and outdoor space was absolutely fabulous. We felt like we were in a treehouse surrounded by beautiful flowers. The house was clean and well stocked and super cute. Lucia was an amazing host and very responsive whenever we needed her. We unfortunately needed to cut our trip short due to a family emergency but would love to go back and explore the beautiful island.
