"Spring at this cozy cabin was wonderful as wildflowers emerged and migrating and local birds filled the forest with their beautiful song and nesting activities. After a day of hiking, we relaxed with a campfire under the brilliant star filled sky as the barred owl hooted with its new fledging nearby. Heidi is so easy to communicate with, but just like our first two stays at this cabin, we had no issues. The owners make it easy to have a very enjoyable, peaceful stay!"

"What an AMAZING little oasis! We came up for a trail race at Yellow River State Forest, and we were in absolute awe of this space. We happened to see the northern lights by chance just hanging out with our friends that were staying at the property across the koi pond. We will absolutely be back!"

"It’s a cute 3 bedroom apartment. Very comfortable with lots of treats (coffee, popcorn). However, there was a lot of noise into the early morning hours from the bar across the street in the one bedroom with a window facing the street. We stayed a Friday night perhaps it’s quieter during the week."

"We stayed again at the cabins. We were a bit surprised at the fee now associated with the third party business. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the stay but it might be out of our price range in the future. The location is prime and as always the trains are an adjustment as they were more frequent this time.
