"This is our third or fourth stay. We. Loved our stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. No issues whatsoever. The resort is really family friendly with few dining options. The buffet restaurant was wonderful with heaps of options for breakfast and dinner. The Italian wasn't authentic Italian but it was ok. The only suggestion is the water slide was too cold for the kids to go on so they chose to stay in the swimming pool. So I REALLY hope that the hotel invest in heating up the water used...

"The reception was so lovely and welcoming. The room had a separate Bedroom, and 2 single beds as we were 3 separate adults and was good to have a separate kitchen and table and chairs which gave us more space. We had a beautiful homemade breakfast. Who doesn't love bacon and poached eggs with toast. Yum. Beautiful pool and a separate spa. It is located right on the highway for easy access. Thank you Guys."

Personal no se esfuerza por brindar un servicio de excelencia. A pesar de pagar el desayuno por separado, aún cobran aparte el capuchino sin avisarte en forma previa. Cargan depósitos en garantía por los adaptadores de corriente en la habitación que no habían y el servicio de limpieza de la habitación era descuidado. No vale lo que cuesta este...
