It’s perfectly located. In addition, our cleaning is upon request for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen. We have great extra beds for those not in the master bedroom.

Access is by an internal lift; however, there are an approx. Six steps once inside the building – be aware of any mobility issues.
House Manual is provided in the apartment with details of local attractions and amenities, WiFi code, how to use the shower, etc.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
IMPORTANT
Our properties are protected by TRUVI, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.

The keys to your apartment are available via a key deposit box with the security code provided upon booking, so you can arrive at your leisure.
Parking is on the street directly outside Castle Point Apartments, via the meter.

Use the keypad at the main front door to gain access to the lobby (see code above) Use the lift to the first floor. There is a key box beside the front door of Apartment 6 containing the front door key.
Once you have the key and opened the front door, please close the box, scramble the numbers and close the flap. Please keep hold of the key for the duration of your stay. At the end of your stay, put the keys back in the key safe box.
As Serviced Accommodation hosts, we try our best to offer our guests a safe, clean and comfortable environment whilst away from home. So please respect our home, its contents and our neighbours, so we can continue hosting and offering a great service.

-No smoking inside the property. Please use outside area and dispose of remains.
-No pets allowed

-TV & music sound to be kept at a reasonable volume
-No loud noise in the outside areas (please respect our neighbours)
-Before you leave, please ensure all windows are closed and locked shut and lights turned off. Kindly return the keys to the key box.
-Please remove all personal belongings from the property at the end of your stay, anything left over will be disposed of.
