  • Completely Renovated Southampton Gem

    Newly renovated, 3-bedroom + bonus room , 2.5-bath home with fabulous new kitchen and open family room overlooking the private yard. There is a large screened porch with wicker dining area that opens to the heated pool area with an outdoor shower. Conveniently located to the village shops, restaurants and our award winning ocean beaches. Walk to secluded beautiful bay beach at the end of the block. Seven minute drive to Ocean Beaches and village of Southampton.
    In the past we have only had repeat seasonal renters . We have decided to list on VRBO allowing us to enjoy our Gem House as well .

    Gem house sits in beautiful Shinnecock Hills area of Southampton . It was renovated to provide all the conveniences and look of a traditional Hamptons home including a large private heated pool , fenced in backyard and front porch . It has an inviting open floor plan with an outdoor screened in dining area / family game room . It’s an ideal property to arrive , unpack and relax . There is a very private beach a short walk down the block . During low tide you can practically have the entire beach to yourself . Amazing Ocean beaches are less than a ten minute relaxing drive through gorgeous neighborhoods . Or you may want to just stay by the pool and unwind never leaving the property . The back yard is private and fenced in making it ideal for well behaved pets to be part of your vacation .
    The location of Gem house is ideal as just when the haunting Hamptons traffic heats up you have arrived. The exclusive neighborhood of Shinnecock Hills Southampton is a seven minute drive from both the Village of Southampton as well as Hampton Bays. One direction is top of the totem pole Hamptons feel while the other is a bit lower key ideal for shopping .

Great get-away!!

Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Main St., grocery store, and an easy walk to your own private beach! House has all the amenities-including an amazing pool with a shower outside to get the sand off. Would definitely stay again, and highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay in great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our 2 weeks stay in Paul’s house. Very cozy and comfortable. Great neighborhood, 5 min walk to a nice bay beach. Paul was very responsive to all our questions. Hope to come again next summer.

10 day getaway

This house was absolutely incredible. The host was amazing and Pool was undefeated. We rent houses every year and this has been the best by far. House is for eight at most.

Wonderful!

We loved our time at this house. It had everything we needed and was very clean. The pool was great and we enjoyed spending long afternoons on the deck. The location is close to everything but still private and peaceful. Paul was very responsive, friendly and great to deal with. We look forward to enjoying it again in the future!

Perfect house for families!

We had such an amazing 2 week stay at Paul’s place! The photos don’t do the space justice :) We most enjoyed the pool, yard and open kitchen fully stocked with appliances, utensils - anything we needed was there! The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful and our dog loved the large yard! Paul was so helpful and easy to communicate with if we needed anything :) Highly recommend!

Great gem house

The property is in a great location. The living area is beautiful with large Windows that allow a lot of light in. The house is very comfortable and is exactly as is stated and how it looks in the description. The house is well equipped, and we had an amazing week of vacation there. The host, Paul is amazingly responsive. He answered all our questions withib five minutes.

Great stay at Gem House!

My family had a great time at Gem House. The house has a great space and we enjoyed the large lawn. There is comfortable seating areas for everyone indoor and outdoor. Great location to/from the town. The owner Paul was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions. He made extra calls to help resolve any issues that came up. It’s an older house with older floors and doors that lacked soundproofing, but overall it was a great home for a relaxing, wonderful stay.

Great house in Southampton

We had a terrific stay in Southampton! The house is in a great location less than 10 minutes to the village with access to restaurants and shops. You can also enjoy the short walk to the bay or drive to Cooper’s beach. The house was clean and tidy, and ready for guests. Paul was fantastic at coordinating check in and very responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Family Reunion

I booked the Gem house for my husband and I to reconnect with our daughter who has been traveling and working remotely in Europe. We had a wonderful time - the pool was fabulous. The beds were so comfortable. House was immaculate.

A Gem of a house!

An amazing experience from start to finish!! Our host Paul was lovely and responsive from the moment I reached out. The house is located in a great area of Southampton (below the highway), close to town and the beaches. The house is very well maintained, clean, and welcoming - with all of the amenities in perfect condition (appliances, AC, laundry, etc.). There were 6 adults and 1 child, which is probably the max amount of people I'd recommend for the space. Plenty of sheets, towels, lounge chairs, etc. for all of us. The backyard is the best part - a huge pool, a huge yard, and a deck right off of the family room with a table and grill. The backyard is also fenced in fully if you bring a pet with you. Paul gave us all the necessary instructions prior to arriving and even included some suggestions for activities and dining out. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed every second there. Truly a great place to stay and we can't wait to go back! Thank you Paul :)

Beautiful home and very friendly owner

My family and I spent 3 weeks at the house and had a great time. The property was very clean and well-maintained with a good size pool. It is very close to Southampton town and Coopers beach. The owner of the house was very friendly and helpful. The three rooms on the main floor have good size, they are very similar in terms of space/closet/etc, but they share one full bathroom. The main bedroom has a half-bath (no shower). The additional bedroom on the lower floor has a full private bathroom and a mini kitchen/dining area, very convenient if you have friends over as it has a private entrance. The open kitchen/living room area is spacious and very convenient for cooking/entertaining friends. The owner was always very attentive to our needs.
