Welcome to Cape June Cottage! This home is just minutes away from the best beaches, restaurants, and activities on the Cape. Walk just 5 minutes to Long Pond where you'll find a small beach, basketball court, and playground. Drive 5 minutes to Bass River Beach, Pirate's Cove mini golf, and the scenic Cape Cod Rail Trail. We offer complimentary electric vehicle charging for guests, so you'll never have to worry about running out of power (see notes below). We hope you enjoy your stay!

This private 2-bed 1-bath cottage has been lovingly renovated to comfortably sleep up to 5 humans. The open kitchen & living room make the space feel open and airy, and the bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort. All the appliances, furniture, and bedding are brand new for your enjoyment.

The primary bedroom includes a comfy queen bed and desk for catching up on work. The second bedroom includes 3 cozy twin beds with ample storage space. A few children’s books are provided to help little ones with bedtime.

Relax in the living room and stream your favorite TV shows or engage in friendly competition with our board games. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook yourself dinner from scratch. And some plastic dish ware for the kiddos with butter fingers ;).

Outside, enjoy a complimentary morning cup of coffee in our private yard or fire up a delicious meal using our outdoor grill. In the mood for a good book? Borrow one from our bookshelf while lounging on our newly added outdoor patio.

In terms of amenities, we've got you covered! Complimentary towels and bed linens are included with your stay. Forgot your shampoo and conditioner? We include that too. Couldn’t fit beach chairs and toys in your luggage? Use ours. We even include a couple of k-cup coffee pods to help start your morning.

Please note that there are active Blink doorbell cameras at this home. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside.

We were extremely pleased with every aspect of your vacation rental. The home had everything we needed including a location close to our family. The yard and adjacent neighborhood was perfect for walking our boxer. Highly recommend this rental and plan on returning again.

Love the cottage, it is very well stocked and Nina is a very thoughtful host. We love the area where the cottage is located. The cottage and the outdoor space is well maintained. It has everything we need for the few days stay there. We would love to go back to the cottage for our next visit.

Peaceful stay at Cape June

Incredibly cute and peaceful house that makes the perfect stay at Cape Cod. Situated in a quiet neighborhood central to everything. You can tell Nina put a lot of love and care into the place and it definitely pays off. Will be staying again!

Amazing place on the cape!

No complaints, it was truly the best accommodations in Cape Cod! We felt very centrally located and safe. Everything was amazing in the cottage and Nina was very helpful and quick to communicate. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the cottage. The decorations were super cute and it was stocked with everything you might need. Communication and direction were great. Overall it was just a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Cottage,

My wife and I came down to the Cape from Kansas City to attend our friend’s wedding party and decided to book Nina and Chelsey’s place. We cannot say enough great things about this amazing property. Nina and Chelsey thought of everything one could need to enjoy their time, and then some. I honestly think the house was better than the pictures, and the pictures were wonderful! I highly recommend this place. Nina and Chelsey made it feel like home and I hope the next time we visit, we can stay there again!
