Viatges a South Plainfield

The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The first room we were given had clumps of hair on the floor, the curtain was torn down and stuffed in the corner, the bedside lamp did not work, the ceiling light flickers for 5 minutes when you turn it on each time, there was dust and miscellaneous splashes of sticky substances on the walls / floors, dried contact lenses on the bedside table, the list goes on. When we were given a new room the bedside lamp was hanging on by a cord, the mounted mirror was off the hinge and laying on the floor, and we had to wait 2 hours for the door code to be programmed as the help desk was sending the new code to a different room and said we were the ones that were not putting it in correctly until a staff member came and verified they were doing it wrong. We did not sleep as the guest next to us was locked out of her room for 3 hours and was banging on her door and threatening to call the police since she was stranded outside of her room due to door code issues. The exterior lights flicker at night. There was a bottle with yellow substance on the rooftop. It was a nightmare. We are fighting for a refund but the hotel management said the above circumstances would not qualify. Do not stay here under any circumstance.

The service was truly excellent and the staff amazing. But the hotel is seriously noisy. Cantina Rooftop next door blares music until 3am and there are people screaming and running around the neighborhood until the early morning hours. It's a hotel for party goers.

The hotel has clearly seen much better days. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Smelled so strongly of perfume that I had a skin reaction when I walked into the room. Empty and missing shower products. Sticky floor. Really gross experience.
