Guests have full access to condo and shared pool area during stay.

1. Please be careful with all furniture, decorations, furnishings, and other items inside the apartment.
2. The chairs and umbrella stored in the container next to the main entrance are available for your use during your stay. Please return them to the same location when you are finished using them.
3. Keep doors and windows closed when they do not need to be open to help prevent moisture from entering the apartment.
4. Please do not misplace the TV remote control and make sure it is left in its designated place before departure.
5. Before check-out:
* Wash all dishes and utensils that you have used.
* Dispose of all trash in the container located at the rear of the building.
* Ensure that all doors and windows are closed.
* Return the key to the designated lockbox.
6. Pets are not allowed.
