    Con capacidad para 24 personas, la espaciosa casa de 3 pisos cuenta con 6 dormitorios y baños y se encuentra directamente frente a la playa.

    La planta baja dispone de dos habitaciones de invitados. La primera cuenta con dos camas Queen, un televisor inteligente de alta definición de 50 "y un baño privado. Un baño completo también se puede encontrar en la planta baja con lavadora, secadora y fregadero. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas Twin, cada una con una cama nido Twin, un Smart TV HD de 50 "y un baño privado también. El segundo y principal nivel de la casa abarca una gran sala de concepto abierto, comedor y cocina. La cocina ofrece un amplio espacio para familias numerosas o grupos de amigos alrededor de una enorme isla central con asientos de bar para 6 personas. Great location, fully equipped and beautiful home

This was the perfect spot for our team to stay while working in SPI for a week! The location was ideal and the home itself was fully equipped and beautiful. SPI Rentals, LLC made the whole process from booking to checking in extremely easy, as well. I would highly recommend this spot!

We'd love to stay there again!!!

We had a fabulous stay!! The lady that helped us check in was very nice and professional. The house was absolutely perfect. Each family had their own private bedroom and restroom so that was very convenient. We enjoyed the pool and just relaxing and hanging around. We did have a slight problem locking the doors as we headed out but we figured it out. We'd love to stay there again!!!

Exactly what we needed!

The beach is super close. The small heated pool was great. The kitchen was fully equipped. There was plenty of space for each family to have privacy, yet we could play games in the common areas in the evenings when the children were sleeping. It was exactly what we needed!

Amazing!

The property is beautiful and within waking distance to the beach. Amazing views. Pool is perfect size. There is plenty of room. We had 5 couples and never felt overcrowded. Would definitively like to return.

AMAZING HOUSE

This house is really amazing. It is new, beautifully decorated and spectacular views. The way that the house is designed we had multiple people staying and at night you didn't even know that anyone else was there. The kitchen is great with new appliances and the HUGE island that is great for visiting, working, eating...…. We really liked coming back to this house after a long day of work. We will be staying here again very soon!

Decent property right across from the sea

The property is new and well Maintained the check in and check out process was smooth. The property is supposed to be for 24 people but we were only 10 so we had pkabty of room never felt crammed. We would recommend this place to others. Our stay was very enjoyable !!!

Short trip

The house itself its great modern and the location is literally in front of the beach. The problem was the issues with the wifi not working, trash cans full of trash even with worms, the propane tank was not fill until the last day of our stay.

Above Average

Great location, great space!! Beds were not the best. One mattress on lower bedroom with trundles had a huge sinking hole in it. Bed on 2nd level was extremely soft and felt like you sunk into one place. Great location for beach access and shuttle services.

The property was nice. Love how we all fit comfortably. The only thing was the pool. It was kind of small for 24 people and the filters didn’t work well. The water was kind of dirty.

Enjoyed the property

The place was definitely big enough for 10 of us. It was clean and the both check in and check out process was simple. I wish we had a garage remote and enough room for 2 cars. Because of the good cart in the garage we could not park one of our cars. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Thank you
