This unit is a two bedroom two bathroom ground floor. The unit sleeps 6 and upon check in you will have a balance for the city taxes not included in this reservation. There is a heated pool, jacuzzi and private parking for all units. This is a non smoking unit and no pets allowed.

A perfect set up for my family. Very clean, inviting, and the communication was quick and friendly. We had some friends over and they loved the place as well.

It was very spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was equipped with pretty much anything you would need. My family of 6 was able to fit very comfortably! The pool and hot tub were very nice and kid friendly with a section that was 2-3 ft. Deep. The beach was a short walk away. Great weekend stay for us.

Disappointed and unprofessional

It was a weekend for mom and her boys home from school. Really looking forward to it that ended with total disappointmentThe condo was rented and confirmation was made. I hadn’t heard back from anyone. So the day of my son arrived from college and I was still working. He leaves to go check in and I realize I had no check in instructions. I call the number on the app, no answer. I message using the app texting, no answer. My son shows up the address, looks around and located an office number. I call there. No answer. Call the number VM stated, no answer. From about 5-830; I call. I message and no answer. I contacted VRBO customer support and advised of the situation…. They attempt to reach out to the point of contact; no answer. I advised I had been trying to reach out since 5 pm and it was now 830 pm. The lady was understanding and kind and informed I would be provided with a full refund. So lesson learned, I will continue to use the apps to reserve and as a secure form of payment. Luckily I was able to get my money back. I am a person that reads reviews and relies heavily on them when reserving a place. I saw this place had good reviews and star rating…. But so disappointing and unprofessional. I hope no one experiences such negative emotions especially for what was meant to be so fun and happy, given my boys were coming home to visit after school finishing.
