Two adults stayed very comfortably for 3 nights in July, 2021. The condo is updated beautifully! Everything you could possibly need is already in the kitchen. Lots of pots & pans, utensils, pizza pan/cutter, can opener, bottle opener/corkscrew, plenty of dishes, flatware etc. The bed itself was comfy, and the bedding was so fresh and cozy. The headboard rocks a little, if ya know what I mean, so be mindful of that! The only (VERY minor) thing is that the bathroom is a little small... But the shower is gorgeous!! The furniture in the living room is also super comfy, and they have a great selection of cable channels. The coffee table is HUGE, and the little dinner tables are very convenient. There is a cute little guest book to sign as well!! It was fun to see where other people were from and their experience on SPI. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the condo and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much!

Has everything you need for 2 adults and a small child, though if you’re like me and needs good neck support, take your own pillows. Other than that It great location to beach access… carried everything with a wagon! Also the pool was a nice size… perfect for us because no one else In the complex was really using It. We had a great time and will most likely return while our son is still small. :)

We enjoyed the Rain Dancer. It’s close or within walking distance to everything. Beach access is at the end of the street. The condo was clean and well equipped.

All of the reviews seemed too good to be true but when we arrived it was as great as all had said. It was nice, clean, pretty, had everything you might need. Easy instructions for entering & exiting. Had many extras too. We loved it & will be back as often as possible. Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

The condo was absolutely top notch, and in excellent/comfortable condition. There was a short 5 minute walk to the beach and easy access to to everywhere on the island. If we had any issue with our stay, it would be that it is so easy to hear the people staying above you on floor 2. I'm talking about every step literally, it was very loud. We were on vacation with 2 kids our self, so took it with a grain of salt and just had fun. We had an awesome time overall and the stay was A+++.

The condo was decorated very nicely and had everything one would need to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The pool is great to get into after spending a day at the beach and there is a rinse off station located on the side of the complex. The full size fridge was a plus and everything in the condo was very clean!

The property is just as depicted in the photos. It is a one bedroom downstairs condo with a small patio at the front door overlooking the pool. The entire complex is about 12 units. Parking is reserved with enough room for 2 cars. Boat trailers and RV's are not allowed. The furnishings are new and the kitchen utensils are of better quality then you find in most rentals. The bed was perfect.... not too firm and not too soft. The bathroom is small but functional with a glass stand up shower. We walked to the beach daily and it takes about 4 minutes. Several restaurants and bars are within walking distance and the island shuttle can take you anywhere you want to go. The island gets busier on the weekend so figure in additional time to commute. When the upstairs condo is occupied it is possible to hear people walking. This was not a problem for us but could be if you are spending time on the island for quiet contemplation. Andy was awesome... quickly responding to my questions and concerns. Chriss (whom we met at the condo) was equally competent and quick to respond to texts and phone calls. We were completely happy with our 4 month stay in this lovely condo.

My husband and I spent a week here and loved the condo. It's newly remodeled so everything is very cute and squeaky clean. It's very quiet and private as well. And the owners have furnished it with everything you need for your stay. It has an in-unit washer and dryer which was great, and a private pool on the property. The kitchen is big and has all new appliances. And the bathroom is luxurious. It's about a half block to the beach access, so a very short, easy walk. The woman from the management company contacted us shortly after we booked the condo to see if we needed anything, and she then followed up on the day we checked in and the our first day there to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt very well taken care of. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
