Very nice location!

Firstly the pictures in the listing shows different furniture and a different layout. They should be updated. The location is perfect and the second story balcony gave us reasonable privacy. We really enjoyed it here and will be back. The kitchen is reasonably well stocked but some of the pans are quite dated. Some service issues were resolved quickly. The balcony light was missing and I asked for a new one to be installed. It took a few days but they got it done.

Excellent location!

This was so close to the beach and beach access while also tucked away enough to feel private and get a quiet night’s rest in-between active days on the island. This property is distinctive in that there is an in-unit washer/dryer and there is a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool and has a view of the gulf. Would stay here again.

Great Stay

Great location, beach access is super close. This place has keyless entry so you don't have to worry about holding onto a key while out and about and it's pet friendly. Overall a wonderful experience and we will definitely rent again!

Pictures can be deceiving

The white leather furniture had holes in it covered by a white tap. This condo was also very dirty. Something brown smeared all over 2nd bathroom wall. I immediately scrubbed with Clorox wipes. White wood trim around base of walls black with dirt. Hole in ceiling of pantry with plastic taped over it. When we had 2 days of rain insulation started falling down from there. Toilet in master bath ran slow and plugged 2nd day we were there. Took 2 trips by professional plumber to clear. Molding around glass on door to deck was crumbling and glass almost ready to fall out. Moss growing on deck around edges.

1st family vacay in SP

Visited with my husband and kids. Loved the pool, not too crowded. The unit had a fun beachy vibe. Overall pretty clean but some areas could have been better (walls/cutlery/kitchen items). Mattress in master bedroom needs to be replaced soon but overall we loved the property and would return! Property managers and customer service we spoke too were courteous and helpful. Also super close access to beach and a nice neighborhood. Recommended for a family get away!

Great week in Padre

Clean, no problems at all, great price point, all around a great experience. We did have to buy a pan to cook in (that we left for the next guests) because the pans on-site were pitiful, but other than that it was all good. Nice pool, kids loved it. We spent 80% of each day at the beach or out to dinner, but the condo was great while we were there. Definitely would do it again.

Adorable & close to the beach

The space itself is very nice, spacious and well decorated. The furniture was much nicer than usual . The condo building is very nice along w/ the pool and staff . We really enjoyed that part. The patio was very ample and enjoyable. Sadly, the toaster and coffee maker need to be replaced . One of the toilets wasn’t flushing and the Master sink needs Draino (water wasn’t draining properly). Also , there were noticeable issues w/ the cleaning. There was a hair on the bathroom sink and the cabinets needed to be wiped down. We could never get the lock to work so we had to leave it open. These were small setbacks. Overall it was a great experience.

Didn’t want to leave!

This place is a perfect location, clean and kitchen was fully stocked. I didn’t have to bring anything. The pool was always clean and we walked to the beach everyday. F I could chang anything at all it would be the bed. It was a little uncomfortable but not enough to change my rating. If I go back I will bring a mattress topper and it will be perfect 😉. I will try to rent this exact condo again. It was awesome.

will not be staying here again. the place was clean however there were no hot pads and terrible kitchen necessities(melted saucepan)! There were no comforters for the beds as stated in the pictures and the sheets felt like crinkle sand paper. Lots of doors were broken and there was no outdoor furniture that was useful to even sit on. Overall the place needs to be updated and the pictures need to represent this condo.

Best Location!

Pulled right up to the place, parking spots easily recognizable/marked. Place on second floor. Walked into place and was just amazed at the amount of space!!!! The couches were comfortable, huge patio, good counter space, the rooms spaced out and loved the decor. Grateful for two restrooms. Beach access less than half a block away. The perfect distance! Jumping into the pool was an added bonus after a day at the beach. Pretty quiet area. No major problems with any of the amenities. The water pressure in the showers was amazing!!! Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again!!!!
