Beachside bliss awaits at Casa De La Isla, a stylish 3BR/2.5BA getaway nestled 1 block from the Gulf! Walk three minutes to spend the day at the beach, or relax by your private pool. Additional highlights include a second-story balcony and a backyard dining area.

A plethora of restaurants, shops, and local attractions are within a short walk.

LIVING AREA

After a day at the beach, unwind in the living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa and love seat. Watch a new movie on the 40” cable TV with Roku.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef in your group will appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances.

Sip morning coffee at the four-person kitchen bar. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table set for six.

BED & BATH

This two-story duplex townhome sleeps up to six guests between the three bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Rest easy in the master bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king bed and 42” cable smart TV. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower.

The second and third bedrooms are each appointed with two twin beds. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA

Take in the coastal air on the master balcony, outfitted with seating for two.

Spend sun-soaked days by the unheated pool (6’ deep). Cookout on the charcoal grill, then dine alfresco at the table set for four in the backyard.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two compact cars (or one large vehicle) in the driveway, and one car in the garage are provided.

Exterior cameras are located in the backyard. As a guest, you are welcome to unplug the cameras during your stay.

Find fun for the whole family at local amusement park Beach Park at Isla Blanca, an 8-minute drive from your front door. Or explore the region in its purest form on horseback at the South Padre Island Adventure Park, 8 miles north on the island.

We were comfortable but the property was a little outdated. The walls were a little dirty and the pool was dirty when we first arrived. The house had the bare minimum of towels, blankets, and utensils. Overall we had a good stay. The house was in a good area. The kids had a great time in the pool. The beds were comfortable.

We plan on coming back the only problems we had was the second shower upstairs was difficult and low pressure the master shower was great. Not a problem but not fond of the mirrors in the living/dining room we were 4 women without our spouses and every time we walking in there it startled us. But overall it was great and even had friendly neighbors

Checking out South Padre Island

House was very clean and tidy. Nice outdoor patio area and pool was also very clean. Had pretty much everything we needed with the exception of pool towels and ice. Enjoyed our stay and have no problem recommending the property to other travelers!

Great location

Needs some updating, there’s wear and tear that needs to be addressed. It’s hard to leave the house because there’s no garage door opener, so you have to track star it. Great size, plenty of beds, love the pool.

Stay in South Padre

We really liked this property with the exception of the amenities. Pictures showed a grill. Grill was there but not useable. When I asked about it the response asked if it was listed as an an amenitie. No but there is a picture. No intention of making that right. Pots and pans are really crappy. We absolutely loved the pool. Kids had a great time. I would rent it again because of the pool

Management Lacking

I've stayed here before and have another trip booked now (that I can't comment on, so I'm commenting on my previous trip board). Vacasa is such a disappointment on this property. I would love for the owner to contact me as opposed to canned messenger responses and people that can't help. I got an email offering to extend my trip and when I tried to accept it, the extension is going through as an independent trip and doubling all the fees I've paid on the existing trip for an additional night's stay. Vacasa should be better at this by now. As such, I can't extend. Feel free to remove this if the issue is resolved as the house was great; no issue with that. Vacasa property management is the problem here.

Property was clean but needs some upgrades. Lacking enough kitchen implements. We were there for a month and cooked several meals in. I poached eggs in a frying pan. Also lacking cleaning tools and products. I would say that our stay was just okay, not terrible.

Couple of things

1. The door should be checked before arrival time. Mine was stuck and had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to come and unlock it. I drove for 11 hours and every minute waiting for the door to open was too much. 2. Only one dishwasher soap was left causing me to hand wash all utensils two nights. Leave at least as many soaps as number of nights of bookings

Quick get away

Quick get away for 4 days to spend quality time with our little family. We have no children and we work hard and want to play hard with what the South Padre Island has to offer: Smorklng, beach combing, Beach water park. Spendng time together and at the house pool was so much fun.

I give the listing a 2 1/2 because it stating 2 rooms had a single bed and 1 room had bunk beds.

The process on renting the property was smooth, and easy. The listing on amenities in the home was misleading but my family and I had a great time and made it work for our first trip but not our last to South Padre Island.

South Padre Vacation

We had a great time. The place was clean on our arrival. Plenty of dishes and cookware for meals in. The private pool was great. It was an easy walk to the beach. We were right next to the golf cart rental which our teens loved for getting around. Only complaints were that the beds were a little on the uncomfortable side and the washing machine was broken.

Very nice home super close to the beach

This was a really nice condo with a private pool and within walking distance to the beach. Very clean on arrival and the water pressure for the bathrooms was really good. The two bedrooms with twin beds were perfect for our 3 kids (ages 9,11,11). Main room had a great bed mattress the I completely knocked out within mins. Everyone voted and we have decided to come back again!
