Welcome to South Padre Paradise. Our condo is 2 bedroom/2 bath on the 4th floor with the most unbelievable views to the beach and ocean!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on south padre island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly a 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

Loved our stay at Sea Vista! The view from the condo was amazing, and we were just steps from the beach! We appreciated the restaurant tips they gave us; all delicious! We walked to the jetty and enjoyed the sea turtles that were feeding along it. We would definitely book here again!

A Perfect Beach Getaway – Can’t Wait to Return!Our two-week stay was absolutely wonderful—thank you for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!My childhood best friend and I came for our annual beach-and-catch-up trip, and your condo was everything we hoped for and more. All the glowing reviews were right—the view is breathtaking! I loved waking up to see the sunrise right from bed.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully updated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (even spices in the pantry!), the in-unit washer and dryer, the smart TV and cable for our movie nights, and the perfect layout with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. My friend slept in thanks to the cozy, dark second bedroom, while I enjoyed the master bedroom with its stunning morning light and easy access to the beach for my sunrise walks.Our days were filled with beach time, shopping, and relaxing, and our evenings were pure joy—movies, backgammon, and laughter. It truly felt like home.We would love to return, especially for a longer stay—maybe even a full month next time. Beautiful View

The condo had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location to enjoy the beach, loved the heated pool and hot tub. Loved waking up to the sunrise each morning, could enjoy from bed!

Relaxing

This is the perfect location. Everything works. The view is simply stunning. The comfort is great. It was quiet the entire time. Our host did everything to make sure everything would be fine since we had a flat tire and would be arriving very late. The security guard stayed after hours to check us in. It was great. My family enjoyed everything. We will be coming back.

Best Location and Super Clean

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 women. Very comfortable, very clean, and location is perfect. Unrelated to the condo itself, there is a lot of tar on the beach right now. Recommend bringing your own tar wipes as the condo building does provide some but by the end of each day they would run out.

Amazing Condo!!

This is our second time staying in this condo and we LOVE it. The bed in the master is so comfortable that before we left my husband was trying to find out what type of mattress it is. Another thing I love about this condo is the owners are not stingy on supplies and even have additional items that I have never had at other VRBOs. Ed is a great communicator. Honestly I can’t say enough good things about it! The only one thing that I would change is the shades in the 2nd bedroom aren’t fully blackout shades. My daughters are use to sleeping in pitch black. The windows in this room face the hallway to the common area of the apartment complex so the lights are on all night. Once again this is not a reason to not stay there just a heads up just in case another guest as light sensitive children. We placed black trash bags on the windows and it did the job!

Great getaway

We were just there for a couple nights, but had a great stay. The location really makes it special. The only issue we had was that the washer didn’t always drain, and it took forever for a load to wash. Overall, we’d definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay

Everything clean, orderly. Kitchen fully stocked. Lots of codes to remember so I suggest putting them on a little card and keeping with you at all times. Beach just a short walk from the property and I was impressed by how clean it was, and very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo and can't wait to visit again

Great property!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had a beautiful view and because it is the last condo on that side of the beach (and Labor Day week), it wasn't crowded at all. The condo has almost everything you need... including beach chairs, a wagon (although we had our own), flashlights for walking on the beach at night or watching the crabs, as well as whatever you needed inside. The only thing we couldn't find was measuring spoons, so we just used regular spoons and estimated. We would definitely consider staying there again and recommend it to others.

Best location and extremely comfortable

We had a great time there. It’s a absolutely gorgeous apartment. Big bedrooms abs clean bathrooms. Very ample kitchen supply and smooth communications of any questions. All you need is close by. Online pictures don’t do the justice of this condo.
