  • El condominio de tu familia en la playa! A pocos pasos de la playa, este condominio recientemente remodelado es ofrecido por primera vez al mercado de alquiler por su propietario privado. Encontrarás una cocina completa con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Nuevas encimeras de granito en todo. Toneladas de espacio para 8 personas con 3 dormitorios y dos baños. 1 cama King, 2 reinas, 1 completo, futón, 2 sillones reclinables, cuna doble, sofá seccional, colchón de aire y paquete y juego. 1er piso unidad a nivel del suelo. El dormitorio principal y las salas de estar cuentan con un porche. Otros dos dormitorios tienen vistas a la piscina. La unidad es la única unidad en el complejo que cuenta con redes privadas de internet inalámbrico para el condominio, y una junto a la piscina. Televisores de 50 pulgadas en dos habitaciones con servicio de cable, reproductores de BluRay / DVD y servicios de transmisión como Netflix. Sistema de juegos de Wii para los niños también en una de las habitaciones. Un cuarto de lavado tiene una lavadora / secadora de carga grande y hay juguetes de playa disponibles. Las fabulosas camas y las sábanas te garantizarán que disfrutes del sueño más reparador posible. Una tranquila y hermosa piscina / jacuzzi y canchas de tenis están disponibles para su uso. Sea Vista es la propiedad más meridional de la isla, junto a una reserva marina protegida pero cerca de los mejores restaurantes del puerto sur. Pesca, delfines y observación de aves se encuentra a poca distancia. Hay una ocupación máxima de 8 personas con 2 automóviles permitidos. No fumar en la unidad, y no se permiten mascotas. Sin excepciones.

This condo was PERFECT. I cannot think of any problems with this condo. Next to the pool and a short walk to the beach. The owner was easy to get in touch with and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location on 1st floor with pool right outside!!! Beds comfy, lots of bath towels and lots of games and beach stuff !! Cleaning could be better especially for the price paid towards it!! Love that beach area of SPI!!!

Love this place

We love staying here when we travel to SPI. We love to travel around the world, but we feel at home here. Everything was as listed.

Fantastic

Clean and plenty of room. The bunk room was great for the four kids that were with us. Toys and boogie boards were a bonus. Loved the patio and grass area.

Fantastic stay and great host

Very smooth and easy check in process. The condo is a stones throw away from the beach. Condo was clean, plenty of kitchen utensils, lots of bath towels and beach towels. Great stay! Recommend and will be back for sure

Great location !

Great place to stay for a group of 7 with two kids. Beach was very close to unit and even during summer it wasn’t very busy. Nice amenities including pool, tennis courts and beach showers. Condo itself was a lil dated in some areas but had everything we needed and the beds were all very comfy !

Great escape!

The condo was well-furnished, clean and was a perfect size and location for a family vacation. All amenities were in good condition; we had lots of beach tools and towels. The hot tub was lovely and the welcoming bottle of wine was also a nice touch :-). I would definitely recommend this condo and would welcome an opportunity to return.

Very nice condo

Our family stayed the week of July 4th. The condo is close to the parking lot, so we didn’t have to walk far, and the pool it right at the front door. Everything was nice and clean, inside the condo and outside on the property. I liked that the condo is on the ground floor and didn’t have to go up any stairs carrying bulky or heavy items. The three bedrooms and two baths fit our family of five perfectly. We enjoyed our vacation here and would rent it again.

Had everything we needed and more!

Our family had a wonderful beach vacation staying at this property. It was very clean, well stocked, and very spacious. We enjoyed the boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon, and towels provided by our hosts. They made the trek back and forth from the beach that much easier. There was a mix-up on our entry code on the email, but maintenance was there to assist with the correct code and we were able to get in with no problem. Remember your bug spray when packing.... mosquitoes were crazy heading down to the beach area! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Great Condo!

My family loves staying at the Sea Vista. This unit was great being on the bottom floor and very secluded. We did have an issue with the condo not being cleaned when we arrived, but we let the owner know. Overall, the stay was great!

Perfect for families. The beach was close, which was a must. Had everything we needed and was clean. Decent pool and such a nice view from the patio. We had a blast!

Very nice condo and was very clean except for some bugs in guest bathroom and bedroom.

Beautiful and safe property. Staff all very nice and helpful. Wagon for beach toys etc. was missing but otherwise property very well supplied with needed items! We had fun except for our sunburns!!! Grandkids loved it! Pool nice and clean too!

Fabulous!

Great location, great responsiveness from the owner, and great unit. Clean and had everything we needed. Easy to distance from others on the beach this far south. Definitely recommend.
