This 1 bedroom/2 bathroom beachfront condo has fantastic close up views of the Gulf of Mexico!
The interior is nicely updated, featuring a spacious living area, full stocked kitchen with pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and there are an additional 2 twin sleeper chairs and 1 full size sleeper sofa to accommodate 4 additional guests. This condo accommodates 6 people total.

For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Great beach getaway

We had a wonderful time at SPI & the Saida Towers. The location was perfect for beach access & walkability. The condo was very spacious & had all the utensils & cookware for any meal one would like to prepare. Management was easy to work with and very prompt. All the staff at Saida were very kind, helpful & professional. We look forward to returning again.

Pictures on line are not accurate, bathrooms are old and tub is disgusting. Otherwise place was clea

Advertised no renting to anyone under 25 years old. Place was loud and full of college party kids, loud music, smell of weed constantly and over crowded pool and hot tubs with drunk kids

Amazing trip

My family and I loved staying at this property! It was so close to the beach and had everything we could need. Loved that we were in a gated condo with the kids. I would gladly stay in this place again!!

Family Vacation

This place was perfect. It was very clean when we got there. It was in a great location and right off the beach. The complex was secure and we had no issues with noise levels at night. The only complaint I have is there was no basic condiments like salt, pepper or cooking spray. Also the pillows in the room were very flat. If you are able to bring your own do so. Other than that it was amazing! We had a great time and loved how clean everything was!

Comfortable stay

Overall this was a great place for us to stay on our first trip to Texas. The place was very clean and well laid out with a nice kitchen,/open dining area, nice seating with leather couches, a reasonable sized bedroom with king bed with a bathroom adjoining and a 2nd bathroom near the kitchen. The furniture on the small deck was adequate (not great) but the view from the deck was amazing. We were even closer to the ocean than what the pix showed. I didn't realize the pool came with the reservation so that was a nice extra. I don't know if this was a quiet week in S Padre Island but it wasn't crowded at all and we had plenty of time away from a lot of people for rest. We did notice many seem to be retirement age.. quiet and friendly. Some suggestions would be a few more pieces of silverware in the kitchen (esp short on spoons), update the bathrooms and maybe update the deck furniture. But otherwise it was very clean and comfortable and we had what we needed. One time the water was off (remodeling happening next door) but it was back on about 15 min after the manager was called. Check in was super easy and quick. We would stay here again. Thanks.

Excellent Location

Perfect view of the ocean & even a swimming pool right outside building (view from balcony). I love that the property is gated & security is on site 24/7. There was also umbrella & chair rentals on the beach behind the property, which makes it less of a hassle to have to haul your own items to and from the condo, etc. Condo was very clean & has a washer & dryer so you can wash all of your sandy clothes before returning home :) We will definitely rent at this property again in the future.

It was a good experience

It was a good experience however it could use a area rug in the bedroom no matter how much you sweep you still have sand all over the floor and it would be nice to have an area rug to make sure your feet are clean before getting in bed
