We love the view from our condo and would love to share it with you. Our private balcony offers a peek-a-boo view of Laguna Madre Bay. Seasonal fireworks and glowing sunsets will be your backdrop.

DESCRIPTION
Enjoy our newly remodeled luxury condominium on South Padre Island. End your day with the beverage of choice on the private balcony overlooking the bay with a perfect sunset view. Then, head into the living area, which features a leather sofa and loveseat. You and the family can lounge around watching your favorite show on our 55" HDTV with cable TV and Wi-Fi or use the living area for a fun family game night.
The kitchen area is fully equipped for that perfect homemade meal. Grab some groceries at the charming local grocery store, Blue Marlin, and use our stainless steel appliances and microwave to feed the whole family. The kitchen features ceramic tiled floors and granite countertops that provide a luxurious mealtime ambiance. Sit around the dining room table with chairs and a bench that seats six and delight in the fresh seafood flavors of your locally sourced catch. Our vacation home features 2BR/1BA. The main bedroom has a plush queen bed for a good night's rest and a TV to watch as you lounge in bed. The second bedroom has two full beds and a TV. The bedrooms can accommodate 6 people, perfect for the whole family.

Perfect location next to the beach and other activities.The rental was family-friendly and had all the necessities. We only had minor inconveniences, such as dull knives, the bathroom doors getting stuck, and the bathroom sink being clogged. Everything else was great, so we still gave 5 stars.

Great Location!

Stay was great! Location was awesome. Right on the beach. Walking distance to every thing you need. Bus stop across the street. Quiet building. Nice pool and grounds. Could use better pillows and hooks in shower area and bedrooms. Would definitely stay again!!

Beach side condo

Condo has everything you need: a convenient beach access, has a pool, and community game room. It is in a great location with walking distance to stores. Condo is exactly as described and what you see in the photos. No issues during our stay. It is a bit of an inconvenience to check in on a different location near by but no big deal. Will definitely rent again!

Very nice condo

This is a very nice condo. Plenty of towels, the shower was a good size. The cabinets were filled with clean towels. The furnishings were exactly like the pictures. Very updated and modern. The open layout makes it roomier than other condo in this complex. Beds were comfortable though I don’t like the super soft down pillows. They don’t provide adequate neck supports, but that may be a personal preference. WiFi was good on this level. Elevator was fast, didn’t have to wait too long to go up and down. Refrigerator was nice size, we stored everything needed for the stay. Enough plates and utensils to use. We like this location because it’s on the beach, open the back gate and walk to the beach. Beach was not overly crowded at this spot. Parking can be an issue, we checked in late and almost didn’t have a spot to park inside the gated lot. Con: Floor was sandy and dirty, needed mopping Some plates were chipped

Great Little Get-away

All in all a great little getaway. Only minutes from the beach with direct access, has all the amenities, shaded pool and hot tub in the early evening! Will be returning for sure.

Clean and nice

The condo was clean and well stocked with towels and essentials. The owner provided a beach cabana, wagon, chairs, and boards for us to enjoy while we were there. We only had one issue with neighbors partying late upstairs but thats not the owners fault. Would stay here again.

It was ok

The place overall was nice. Clean kitchen etc. Checking in online, then at the office, and then at the front desk was a little much. It was crowded for two adults and two kids but it worked. There is public access parking to the beach right next door so the weekend was packed with locals on the beach.
