"At check-in I was asked to pay when I had already paid. I was told that I had to enter my car reg into a machine to get free parking. I could come back any time to my room, but after 10pm I could not access the machine after 10pm. Duh! This place is unattended overnight. The room supplied tea and coffee but only one cup in a double room. No one onsite to get another. No glasses even for a glass of water. "Lovely setting, great welcome, food superb, staff friendly and helpful We had the suite (kingfisher) which was an excellent room except for a radiator being stuck on in the bathroom. The lady in charge (lovely lass) managed to get it sorted as the outside temp was up in the 30’s!!! If I have any criticism of the room, a little use of bleach would have gone a long way but please don’t let that put you off. The place is very very good.
