    Private gated entrance takes you down a scenic driveway to the most lavish Estate. Pull up to a covered entryway with rap around driveway and 8 car garage.
    Guest house connects to garage and has 4 bedrooms/4 baths with living room, 2 outdoor decks (1 covered with built in BBQ), one uncovered with hot tub and Fireplace that faces the Gunbarrel slopes of Heavenly to one side and panoramic Lakeviews on the other side.
    Main house entrance will leave you in awe as you enter into the most insane breathtaking entrance that takes your eyes to views of the entire lake and snowcapped mountains that combine the turquoise waters with white mountains that will forever be embedded in your visual memory.

Magnificent House!

This house is AMAZING! It is even larger than imagined. I thought it was a ski lodge from the road! It is so large that even with 33 people, there was a lot of privacy. It was perfect for our Company Winter Retreat. The Butler's Kitchen was fantastic - our chef's from Yummy Fixins had their own refrigerators and space to prep the food while our guests still had access to our kitchen - this is a huge plus. The view and decor is absolutely beautiful - made for great photos. I especially love the Tree Trunks in the middle of the great rooms. We're bummed that our party may be too large to rent this place again next year. The property manager was very attentive and quick to respond. Two notes on the posted floor plans: Bedroom #1 on the East Wing 2nd Floor actually has a Twin and a Queen. Bedrooms #9 & #10 , in the main house, share a Jack and Jill Bathroom. Good to know if you're pre-assigning rooms for a corporate event, but were able to switch things around before the team showed up. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

Exceeded our expectations

What a wonderful place to spend a white Christmas with our 4 kids, spouses and 8 grandkids. The house was absolutely amazing with its spectacular views and plenty of space and amenities for all. From the fabulous kitchen to the indoor pool, movie room, pool, ping pong, shuffleboard, countless TVs and skiing on Heavenly, no one was ready to go home. Thanks for helping us create wonderful memories.

Beautiful and impressive vacation mega home!

My company rented out this gorgeous mega property for a company offsite retreat of 32 people and we had a wonderful time! The house is well-equipped with every amenity you could imagine - From kitchen gadgets, to extra cozy blankets and ice machines, this house literally had it all! The in-home theater with reclining seats is impressive to say the least. And the separate game room with wet bar and FOUR television screens at the lower level of the house was great because it allowed our group to keep the madness contained in one area of the house, away from people's sleeping quarters. My only "complaint" is that the wifi and satellite reception at the house is a bit spotty, especially with multiple people trying to use the internet all at once. Not a huge drawback - After all, you're in Tahoe and should be taking in the breathtaking views and beautiful scenery surrounding you! It also would have been nice to have more than one communal bathroom on the main level of the house - Again, not a huge issue since there are plenty of other bathrooms around. The high elevation wasn't even a thought until we were all out of breath walking up and down the multiple levels of the house, lol. Just a heads up for those planning to visit! Overall, the house was perfect and suited our needs - Definitely worth every penny of the hefty price tag! This house is beyond words and we're looking forward to visiting again in the near future!
