I was at the front desk checking out and realized I left my charger plugged into the wall. I immediately went back to retrieve it and was told by staff that she didn’t see it! Impossible!! "Stayed here for a quick staycation with my partner. The property was reasonably priced, but the room maintenance has definitely been let go—the paint was peeling from the ceiling, the carpet was soiled, and the pool area had a pretty terrible paint job.
BUT the staff were absolutely wonderful! The rooftop bar was a massive highlight—it has amazing views of the Hartsfield-Jackson landing strip, great food and drinks, and a DJ playing. Breakfast at The Apron was also delicious.

"I had injured my leg the day before we arrived. But when we arrived they put me in a wheel chair and they carried all our luggage up for me and my husband. They helped me find a rental scooter. The restaurant staff even asked to carry my plate to our table because I couldn’t hold the plate and try to hold on to chairs to get back to our table. Our room was so clean and we were so comfortable. Great staff. Perfect down town location."

"Would not recommend , had mildew and mold in a room that I did not originally plan for, my room was changed last min and then they tried to gaslight me into thinking I did it by mistake.
Room was dirty and smaller and the information on check in detail is very vague. The hotel attendants were very rude and disrespectful"

"We really enjoyed this hotel. The only thing we were unhappy with was the room stayed a little bit too warm even with the AC turned to 65° the entire time the room seemed a little muggy and warm. I am sure though in a hotel that size it’s quite difficult to maintain all of the rooms. The beds were not very comfortable either."
