This building is a historic landmark, built by Edward Edward's in the 1800s Era. It has been home to multiple businesses over the years to include the South Charleston Bank, which opened in 1863, a dentist office, hair salon, and T-shirt shop.
The upstairs loft has been refurbished to what you see today as a super cozy, relaxing, upscale apartment. You can make memories of your own while being a part of the rich South Charleston history.

Great space and location

We were very happy with our stay, it was even better than expected. Everything is very new, modern, clean and the loft is in a great location. We will definitely stay there again. The only thing that some people *might* see as an issue, is the driveway might be too tight of a parking space if you have a larger vehicle. But, there was always plenty of space on the street and parking in front of the loft was never a problem.

Just right

This beautiful, cozy, quaint apartment was just right for my family. Sits right in town. Across the street from a great coffee shop. We stayed here to be close to our family reunion that took place just 17 min down the road. Such an old, beautiful building with modern and updated utilities and accessories . Awesome historic home!

The shower was amazing! The stairs are steep but there is a sturdy hand rail. Watch out for that last step.

Perfect

The loft was absolutely beautiful!!! They had everything you need there. I would give it a 10/10. Ill definitely be back. The only downfall is the stairs are steep, which didnt bother me but if your older or whatever the case thats something to consider. They have a house down the road my mamaw and aunt used threw the same people and that was perfect for them. I love the little town and its very quiet and peaceful and walking distance to everything.

It's a gem!

Lovely updated modern apartment situated in the top floor of a 150 year old building. Make sure you can walk up a flight of stairs easily. Steep entry to a very welcoming space.

Nice stay in Quiet town

Very nice rental. It was a cool old property (old bank I think) that has partially been converted to a living space. Lots of character and conversion was well done. Well stocked with everything you would need for a stay. So much nicer than a hotel stay. Walking distance to malt shop and IGA grocery. Town is super quiet and low key. Stairs to second floor are steep so a consideration if you have someone that has difficulties. We had no issues.

Wonderful Stay

A great loft and would highly recommend staying here!! Rachel had everything we could need and was super easy to work with…she went above and beyond for us, which was so appreciated!! Accessibility for an elderly grandparent was the only issue- the 1800’s era stairs are narrow and steep, so extra care and assistance was needed to make sure a fall did not occur.

Weekend Stay

Property was very unique and clean. Was so happy with my choice to stay here with friends over a hotel. We ran a marathon in London, Ohio and this was a great spot to recover and rest while enjoying each others company!

The place was super convenient for our trip to a livestock camp in London, OH.

The town was cute and quiet. The coffee shop across the street is nice. Communication with the property owner was prompt. Overall very nice and would stay again.
