Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The house suited our purpose perfectly. We were in the area for a conference and appreciated the quiet and privacy. The house had everything we needed. Loved the neighborhood!

Exactly as advertised. Clean, quiet and convenient. It's a short drive to downtown Burlington - the house sits adjacent to a major road and near the highway but it was very quiet, not a lot of traffic noise at all. Nice, safe neighborhood. The house does not have central A/C and this stay took place during a major heat wave, however the 3 window units did a nice job and kept us comfortable. Had a lot of ants for some reason, in the kitchen area, not a deal breaker - I attribute it to the heat wave as well! Kitchen accommodations are spartan - the bare minimum at best, for those who plan on cooking - I could have used a colander and measuring cup of some sort, but we managed.

Very Comfortable Stay

My family rented the house for my son’s college graduation. It was very cozy and clean. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 to sleep. Kitchen was well stocked with all required utensils. We had such a nice time! Thank you!!!

The house is clean, comfortable, and less than 10 minutes from Church St. Its close to the highway but you don't see it. The host provided plenty of Nineighborhood settingthat is close to supermarkets etc.supermarkets, cofhighwayb

No hot water during our stay. Contacted the management company three times with the reply “someone will get back to you.” To this day I have not heard from anyone. No grill on premisses as listed.

Not all it advertised

The property was clean and well located. The listing falsely advertised a grill and air conditioning. There was no grill and only 2 window units, with none in the master which made sleeping uncomfortable. Additionally there was no hot water. VRBO and Vacasa have been uncooperative as well. I would not recommend.

Comfortable and convenient

This house comfortably fit 4 adults across it's 3 bedrooms. Good size kitchen/living room area. Very easy to get to downtown Burlington from here and there are plenty of shops and options for food even closer. No complaints!
