Very clean hotel. The staff is amazing and accommodating. Roberto, Catalina, Giuseppe and Ariana made our stay very memorable. I highly recommend this place. Very close to the marina, historic center, train and bus station,

Very well located hotel in the heart of everything! Staff were friendly and helpful. Roberto was super pleasant! Breakfast has a good selection of items. The room was accommodating had great toiletries and iron/blowdryer. We would stay here again when visiting Sorrento!

This property’s location is great. It was like a 2 minute walk to the main square in Sorrento. The staff is so nice, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to make my staff very comfortable and pleasant. They arranged my private transfer to and from my destinations, they greeted me with a beverage and sweet treats upon arrival, they answered all my questions that most to pass when lost, and they made great recommendations. My room was cleaned every day to perfection. The breakfast every morning was chef kiss. Thank you for making my first trip to Sorrento memorable!

We had a wonderful 6 day stay at the Palazzo Martinelli. The hotel room is beautiful, spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The hotel staff was superb, very kind and helpful and we truly enjoyed our complimentary breakfast with the breathtaking view from their terrace. The hotel is also in the perfect location and is a 2 minute walk to the main square which was very convenient. We were highly impressed with this hotel and hope to stay here again in the future! The owners are also very kind and welcoming.

The property was located in a perfect area within the heart of Sorrento. Close to an abundance of retail shops, nice restaurants, the beach and port. The hotel itself was very nice and tastefully designed. Air conditioning was working incredibly and the staff was very helpful from the very beginning to end of our trip. The breakfast offered was a great touch and helped kick start our day. Would stay here again without a doubt!

The property was exactly as advertised—very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was a huge plus during the July heat. The location was ideal and made it easy to explore Sorrento. We genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning, which had a great variety of options and was a great way to start the day. The entire staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Sorrento.

O hotel estilo boutique, novo, moderno e muito bem localizado. Os quartos sao amplos e com muito conforto. Cafe da manha gostoso, com boas opcoes. Sentimos falta de uma academia, mas no geral muito boa opcao em Sorrento.

完全沒有缺點的飯店！ 位置離火車站非常的近，走路5分鐘。 樓下隔幾間店就有一間超市，而且就位於大街上，去附近的景點或是用餐都非常的方便！ 第一天我們比較早到，房間在準備好的情況下員工還很貼心讓我們提早入住。 隔天早上我們要在早餐開放的時間前出門去卡布里島，員工還貼心的幫我們準備各式各樣的點心，讓我們可以享用～ 房間很大又很乾淨，我很高興我選到這間飯店，如果有機會來到Sorrento我會再次入住這間飯店！

Very nice hotel in the heart of the city where you are close to everything that matters like the restaurants, market, train station and marina. The room was a a bit small but very modern and nice, the safe was small in size, the mattress was on the hard side and there was some extra noise from the inside but nothing from the outside. Would definitely recommend and me and my wife enjoyed it a lot and loved the family feel you get and the lovely breakfast. PS: they cater to food allergies at the breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Caterina were friendly and very helpful with airport transfer. The room was cleaned and refreshed daily. The breakfast was very good. We highly recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location and felt safe with a locked gate entry. All of the rooms are a bit different, our room was on the smaller side with only a small window. The other rooms were bigger. Housekeeping was great, and Roberto was helpful in arranging transport from the Naples train station. The breakfast on the roof top was fabulous and it was cooked to order. The waitress took great care of us every morning. We would stay there again.

What a great boutique hotel, right in the middle of Sorrento, close to everything. Location could not have been better. The staff, especially Roberto, was more than accommodating, explained. Everything helped us through our journey and language barriers. The rooftop breakfast staff was able to make us our American breakfast that we requested and it was delicious, the pastries were an excellent surprise.

Was a very nice and comfortable boutique hotel , my only issue was that all the noise from the hallways and corridors can be heard in your room , which was especially annoying in the mornings because the breakfast is prepared from a kitchen closet that is directly off the hallways and at 7am you hear all the noises from breakfast set up eg banging of dishes and cutlery etc , was very annoyed by this

Difficult to know where to start! Outstanding location, only a 5 minute walk to Piazza Tasso and so much to see in Sorrento. The Palazzo Martinelli team were very helpful. From arrival to departure every need was taken care of. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Definitely would stay again on our next visit to Sorrento.

Palazzo Martinelli was such a dream. From the second we walked in, it was beautifully designed and certainly a special place. Even from our private balcony with hot tub, we were away from the hustle and bustle of the busy street. It was quiet and unique- exactly what we wanted! We would certainly be back to stay again!

Hotel hermoso en una ubicación privilegiada, muy céntrico, a pasos de la estación del tren y a 8 minutos caminando de los ferrys. Es una propiedad bellísima, la habitación hermosa con muebles de colección muy finos, amplia, con jacuzzi privado en la terrza, la cama de primera calidad super cómoda para un descanso increíble, todo funciona a la perfección. El desayuno es ESPECTACULAR con buffet y servicio a la carta, de los mejores desayunos de Europa. El personal muy atento y ayudan en todo. Vale cada centavo volvería a quedarme sin duda. Lo super recomiendo.
