The house was in immaculate condition. The location was perfect and in walking distance to all the restaurants in Solomon. We were in the area to visit family. We wished we found this gem years ago.

Watermen’s Cottage

Clean, light, and airy little cottage. Nicely remodeled with the latest amenities. The location was wonderful. Many walking opportunities, close to excellent restaurants, and close to interesting historical and natural sites. Very enjoyable place to stay.

Perfect for a getaway

The cottage was a new build, clean and well equipped. Neighbors are friendly. Beautiful walks along the different waterways and walking distance to restaurants. I encourage you to click the button to reserve!

Location!

This is a great little cottage with perfect access to the island and other area attractions. Walking distance to everything from the Tiki Bar to the library. CD Cafe is right across the street. The host definitely paid attention to details and the listing is very accurate. We travel a lot and this was one of our faves. We will definitely return next time we're in Solomons.

Simply put..this is vacation Housing Perfection! Our First impression.. you’re greeted by a pair of comfy front porch rocking chairs surrounded by a well trimmed yard which gives you an added assurance of this exceptional home. Once inside you discover the considerable attention given to comfort the guest. details that matter. With its modern kitchen appliances, ample storage space, the quiet washer and dryer in the laundry room , the large cable ready TV across from you while lounging on the 7 foot pull out sofa further solidifying that at home experience. The bathroom is spacious, modern and comfy with its large shower and revitalizing jet spray. Again attention to details. A good nights’ sleep was felt every evening on the very comfortable queen size bed in this quiet neighborhood. The home has a screen enclosed rear deck! This became our go to place each morning to sip our breakfast coffee and enjoy the wonderful beauty and serenity as we eased into the day .. every day! Reserve your stay with complete confidence of a comfortable housing experience. “yes” we will certainly return for a future extended stay at this fabulous home. “ thank you!”
