Only 25 minutes from the beaches of Hyères and Toulon, Solliès-Pont and its surroundings offer all the amenities. Amenities. 🟠 The main accommodations are composed as follows: 🔸 On the first floor: - 1 fully equipped kitchen, - 1 bathroom, - 1 laundry room with washing machine and dryer, - 1 large living/dining room with wood-burning stove and dining table (with extensions), - 1 small TV lounge with PS5, - 1 toilet 🔸 Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with a 160cm bed and an en-suite shower room, - 1 Adjoining bedroom with a 160cm bed and, beyond, an attic bedroom with a 140cm floor mattress and a single floor mattress - 1 toilet 🟠 The comfortable annex is composed as follows: - 1 living/dining room with a 140cm sofa bed - 1 fully equipped kitchen - 1 shower room/toilet - 1 large bedroom with a 180cm bed and a 140cm sofa bed - 1 small outdoor courtyard adjoining the kitchen 🟠 The garden Includes: - 1 unheated swimming pool with safety barrier, sun loungers, 1 hammock - several terraces with different areas for dining, relaxation, etc. - 1 barbecue and 1 pizza oven - 1 pétanque court - swings, 1 trampoline Parking for 2 vehicles under the carport in the courtyard and 2 more if you park close together. Access to the accommodations are self-service with a key box. For your welcome, coffee and tea, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper are provided. Amenities. Linens (kitchen, bed, and bath) as well as soaps and body/hair gels are provided. Basic cleaning supplies (sponges, dishcloths, dish soap, cleaning sprays) are provided. Paddleboards, beach toys, a baby tent, and bicycles are available for rent upon request. As the villa is located in a quiet residential area, guests are asked to respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood and, in particular, to refrain from making noise at night. The villa is non-smoking. Access to the accommodation and property is reserved exclusively for the persons indicated at the time of booking. Events can be organized (maximum 12 people) subject to special pricing and conditions. We require a cleaning fee of €180 and a security deposit of €600.
