Private Townhome - Pool + Spa + Beach Access

Welcome to our modern seaside townhome nestled in Solana Beach, just steps away from the beach. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home is perfect for a family getaway or a retreat with friends.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area drenched in natural light and furnished for your ultimate comfort. A modern fully equipped kitchen makes staying in or entertaining a breeze, along with a private patio, balcony, and grill.

The bedrooms are located on the second floor, along with a full bathroom, while a half-bath powder room is located downstairs for your convenience. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfy King bed and access to the home's balcony, while the guest room is furnished with two Twin beds and a Twin trundle.

Start your mornings with a cup of delicious coffee from nearby cafes before taking a leisurely stroll to the beach. With beach stairs just moments away, you'll have easy access to the sun, sand, and surf. And after a day of seaside fun, unwind in the community pool or soak your cares away in the hot tub. An ocean view just steps around the corner from your front door, 10 to be exact, to see the sunset (and maybe a green flash) and just a few more to the private beach access stairs.

Things To Note About This Property:
- Stays of 30 nights or longer are managed by P.S. Platinum Property Management, Inc. (DRE 02215202) and are subject to additional lease terms.
- Maximum occupancy of 5, sleeps 5 people in beds (1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 Twin Trundle)
- P.S. Platinum has partnered with Truvi, a verification platform. Upon booking, you will be asked to complete a verification prompt along with your rental agreement.
- The home requires the navigation of stairs, with multiple stories as well as several stairs to access the beach.
- This property enforces a No Smoking policy, both within and outside the home - NO EXCEPTIONS
- Although the ambiance of a fireplace is cozy, please note that ours is not usable.
- This home is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy around loud noise, excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighbors, over-occupancy, and parties.

Beds were comfy, kitchen was spacious and modern, beach access was great, and we walked to restaurants, groceries, etc. I was surprised how quiet and secluded it felt (we were there in October). A great getaway with great amenities!

Solana Beach condo

Great property and location. Looks just like the pictures. Really appreciated the extra supplies like paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, etc. Those are little things but it's really nice not to have to buy all of that stuff for just a week. I had some trouble with the check in process on arrival, since I didn't realize there was a gated parking area with its own entry code. That was more user error than anything else. The info was in the welcome text/website, but finding it was not obvious (to me, at least). Someone from the property management's office answered the phone on Christmas Eve and helped us out though. Excellent stay overall and I'd highly recommend.

Picture Perfect Stay

We recently enjoyed a remarkable 5-night getaway at this stunning condo in Solana Beach, and I can't help but share my delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the property lived up to every promise the pictures had painted and exceeded our expectations. The condo itself was a sight to behold, elegantly designed and beautifully furnished. The reality matched the online portrayal flawlessly – a rarity in the world of vacation rentals. What truly set this condo apart was the meticulous attention to detail that catered to every need imaginable, from the fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to whip up family meals with ease. The A/C units are a rarity in Solana beach and truly provided a peaceful night rest. The owners seemed to have anticipated every requirement, making our stay feel both effortless and indulgent. Traveling with my family of four, I was particularly thrilled with the layout and amenities. The spacious living area allowed us to spend quality time together without feeling cramped. We went down to watch the sun dip below the horizon and use the community pool daily, steps away from the condo. We found ourselves strolling down to the beach daily, its proximity being a massive bonus. Moreover, the condo's proximity to local attractions and dining establishments gave us the flexibility to explore without spending excessive time commuting. In conclusion, our stay at this Solana Beach condo was a perfect family vacation.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Our family had a wonderful time in this modern, bright and cozy condo. Enjoyed our walks on the beach and time in the pool and hot tub. Even spent the day at the Del Mar County Fair and Sea World.

Beautiful location! Stairs down to the beach…

The space was adorable & very clean. Everything we needed was there and we really enjoyed our stay. The view from the back of the complex it stunning and we took some beautiful sunset pics! We are runners and enjoyed jogging down past dog beach and all the way to the shops in Del Mar. It was a short drive to La Jolla and we absolutely fell in love with the mall there!! Our favorite place to eat out was Le Bambou.. it was really delish and had a good atmosphere. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing beach staycation

We stayed here for a week, and it was wonderful! The place was immaculate, check-in was a breeze, and the location is incredible. We especially enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the beach via the private staircase. Very well-appointed, clean and comfortable, and walkable to all that Solana Beach has to offer!

Auhhhmazing!

This property was perfectly located between the beach and the complex's heated pool and parking garage access. We opened the door and were immediately met with an beautifully appointed open floor plan with pops of color. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in for our 7 day vacation, along with the laundry unit conveniently located in the kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our family of 4! The unit came with beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler for our beach fun! Can't wait to stay here again!
