This 4,100 sq. ft. modern Solana Beach retreat blends luxury finishes, open-air living, and coastal charm — all within walking distance to the beach, shops, and dining. With walls of glass opening to a private outdoor oasis, this home is designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The heart of the home is a stunning main floor featuring multiple sitting areas, a large flatscreen TV, and a fully equipped chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, Calcutta marble floors, and an expansive island. Step outside to the pool deck, where you'll find a sparkling pool, relaxing hot tub, covered outdoor kitchen, and alfresco dining with ocean views from the west-facing balcony.

All bedrooms are en-suite, offering privacy and comfort. An oversized home office with a pull-out sofa bed provides extra sleeping space or a quiet work retreat. Whether you're lounging poolside, gathering around the fire pit at sunset, or enjoying fine dining just steps away, this home is the ultimate Solana Beach escape.

The host checked in with us daily and promptly answered the questions that we had. We loved using the pool and hot tub area and greatly appreciated the use of washer and dryer in the house! Being so accessible to the shops and restaurants and ocean made this house an easy walk to whatever we wanted to do.

We have 4 couples who plan a trip every year. This year we picked Cali and found this property which looked great in the photos and description. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised at how well the space matched the pics. Room for everyone and plenty of room to spare. But the MgMt company was top notch and the best and most responsive we’ve ever dealt with. I will never rent a home in Southern Cali that isn’t managed by Coast. Seriously. The instructions were great but we had an issue with some blinds and reported it on a Sunday and they sent someone out and they had us up and running in like 10 minutes. The pool is amazing (we had it heated). Everything was just amazing and we can’t wait to stay again. 100% satisfied and then some!!

Outstanding property a short walk from the beach

Our group of four gets together for a girls' weekend every year or so, and we set the bar quite high for our choice of properties. We insist on our own bedrooms with en suite baths, an open and inviting kitchen/living/dining area, and great outdoor space. This home checked all those boxes with ease, and had the bonus of a location that was a very short walk to Solana Beach, with some cute restaurants nearby. The home was immaculate and generously stocked with supplies. The management company was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. We'd highly recommend this property for your stay in San Diego!

Lovely

This property is very well located, just a few blocks from the Cedros design district with shops, eatieries, a small urbany winery & brewery tasting room. The property itself is lovely, clean, well decorated. The way the downstairs area opened to pool and hot tub really made it feel quite spacious.

Great beach vacation

Our family had a fanatic 10 day stay at Solana Paradise. House was super clean and we enjoyed using the pool and jacuzzi. Numerous restaurants/bars/shopping all within walking distance and Solana Beach was a short stroll from the house. Communication with the management company was great. Highly recommend!!

Family get together

Comfortable space for our family group. Kids loved the pool, dads loved the patio. Day one misfires with not-ready-fridge and patio furniture covered in thorns was not great, but everything else was dialed.

Beautiful home - Wonderful Location

This was a perfect home for my family. The house is very accommodating and in a great area. We loved the pool and hot tub and open floor plan. Walking to the beach was very easy - even with smaller kids. There's plenty of places to eat within walking distance. I would highly recommend this to anyone. We'd love to book again.

Fabulous Vacation !

This house is exactly as it appears...gorgeous! Plenty of room to spread out, with large areas that accommodate everyone. The 1st level has large sliding doors that open, making expansive space by combining the outdoor with indoors. Each bedroom was located with privacy in mind, noise did not travel so sleep was not disturbed. The kitchen refrigerator does take over night to cool down. We used the mini refrigerator in the office (the first night) for items that would otherwise spoil. Directions and access to the home were very easy. Prior to arrival I received a text with a link containing instructions to access the home, keys, passwords, "Manuals" with instructions and troubleshooting ideas. We did text Coast Vacations a few times, received very timely replies. There was an issue which they sent someone to the house that day to resolve. We loved being within a few blocks to the beach, stores, and great local restaurants. When leaving the beach there is a decent hill o get tup to the street level. One of our family members recently had surgery and would not be able to get up the hill. We called the Lifeguard Headquarters prior to going to the beach on the 1st day and they were gracious and offered to give her rides up the hill when we left the beach each day. The whole vacation; home, beautiful surroundings, and community was wonderful. The whole family has voted to come back in the future. Great memories were made, and hopefully we'll be back to make more !

Very special stay!

This beautiful home is ideally located a few blocks from the center of Solana Beach and Fletchers Cove; the Belly Up, a famous music venue; cute restaurants and shops. The design of the home is fantastic… spacious, open and easily able to accommodate family gatherings. Out party of 7 enjoyed our fully equipped bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. The pool temp at 72 is perfect for an evening dip. The outdoor kitchen and dining table make being outside at the golden hour especially memorable. The view of the Pacific is sublime and we all will remember our wonderful stay at this property. The management team was very responsive when we had operational questions. Book it!!

A spectacular home!

This home was nearly perfect. Its central location made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The house itself was stunning. I especially loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom (the master bedroom has his and hers!) and the dressing room in the master was amazing. Our kids spent hours in the pool (we recommend getting it heated!!) and my son loved the putting green. The Sonos system was nice, and although we didn't use it, the outdoor kitchen was beautiful too. We loved waking up to the views of the ocean! We wouldn't hesitate to book this house again. The only thing we wish it had was some free weights or a treadmill/bike! Otherwise, it was a perfect house for our family of six! Be sure to walk to Naked Cafe and Claire's on Cedros for breakfast!! Delish!!!
