Very nice property, we had 8 stay and it was very spacious, we spent a lot of time on the front porch, we will definitely rebook for next year.

Labor Day getaway

This home was perfect- easy walk into town - close to beach and marina- loved the porch space as our weather wasn’t great. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Sodus point stay

A great location for family gathering - close to beach, ice cream and kids playground. This was the cleanest vrbo, and well appointed with utensils in the kitchen.

Great home

Had a great weekend with our kids and grandson. Great location great house everything you need to enjoy a little time away with family. House had everything you need other than your food!! Owner was great to work with and always available!! Definitely would stay here again.

Comfortable Family House

The house was comfortable for the whole family. Screened in porches were nice to sit in for quiet time, and the location allows for walks in neighborhoods, to the beach, or to restaurants and coffee. We all enjoyed the experience.

Family Gathering

Great location, walking & biking to several nice spots. Nice large dining, living room, and outdoor screened porch for all to gather. Bedrooms all comfortable with separate controlled heating and cooling in each room. Very much appreciated early check-in as we had both elderly and a newborn for this trip.

Wonderful Destination

This is a fully furnished very large home with all the bells and whistles. My family had a wonderful time and the hosts thought of everything. Sodus point is a great vacation spot and close to many vacation spots. Seabreeze amusement park, thousand islands, fort Ontario in Oswego and many great restaurants and bars. This was just what we wanted. Highly recommend. Karol Corwin.

Family visit

Clean. Was very surprised to find shampoo, conditioner & soap included. Plenty of towels extra toilet paper & paper towels. Do need to be updated & mattresses need to be replaced.

Happy Vacationer

It was in a great location. There were 2 issues. No lights in most of the upstairs. The light in the dining room flickered with a couple didn't work. We got in after dark. We flipped every light switch throughout the house but most didn't work. There were no blinds or blackout drapes, therefore little privacy with sheer drapes. Other than that, it was really nice, cozy and comfy. The porches were perfect to sit and relax.

Amazing Impromptu Vacation

From the time we arrived until the time we (sadly) drove away, this home was perfect! The house had been updated but still held the beauty and old world charm that I embraced as a child! Our hosts were easy to get a hold of and very warm and welcoming. Many would miss the small details that awaited us but we were touched by their attention to detail! From the fresh flowers on the table to the exact number of bottled water in the fridge, to the candy in the candy dish, the grand kids felt very special indeed! Bruce even gave us some of the history on the house which made it even more enchanting! This property had plenty of space to spread out and explore and the beds were very comfy. Its' location was so close to many of the activities we were hoping to find while we were there, we got to do all of them. We were able to walk to many of the sites by way of cottage lined streets and friendly neighbors. The two screened porches allowed for family "connect time" and quiet reading places. This was one of my favorite rentals and we will definitely be back! I could go on about how lovely this house was but I will end with this....This house was an amazing find for the Hubby and I and our grandchildren! As we were leaving, they both looked around and said, "We didn't even leave yet but, we miss it already". Thank you Bruce and Stephanie for making our first family vacation one we'll always treasure!
