The room was fine. What we absolutely detested was the fact that you had to lug your suitcases up and down stairs to get to the sky tower. It was highly inconvenient and difficult. I heard many other guests complaining about the same thing. Because of this I would NEVER choose to stay here again. I've never stayed in a large hotel/casino that I experienced such inconvenience. 5 thumbs down just for this!!

Great location, super helpful. My main concern is related to elevators. When we arrived the parking garage guest elevator was not functioning. We used the staff elevator which was fine, but it was concerning to me later. The main door to the hotel requires a key to access which is great for security, but by using the staff elevator I realized it does not require a key. Anyone can walk in off the street, enter the staff elevator not far from road, without a key and access all floors of the hotel after hours which no staff are on property. My only complaint or concern.
