**Please Note: Snowshoe Mountain Resort temporarily closes from mid-October to Thanksgiving every year for transition from mountain bike season to ski season. It is a beautiful area to explore and plenty of outdoor adventures anytime of the year, but please know amenities will be limited. Please contact us with any questions.






A Few Notes to Mention

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is known as the Island in the Sky, providing top-rated amenities and entertainment at an elevation of 4848 feet in the Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. Due to its location, there is no cell service within an hour from Snowshoe, and WIFI in the Village may be unreliable. Please be sure to have directions and contact numbers prior to traveling.

At Elevation Vacation Rentals we know how important connectivity is – even while vacationing – which is why we offer free WIFI at all our properties.

Ten days prior to your arrival you will have access to our online Guest Portal. The Guest Portal is your hub for important (and helpful!) information regarding your stay. One day prior to your arrival, you will receive an email with the door code, Wi-Fi, and home location information.

Pack light and enjoy shopping at Snowshoe! We’ve partnered with SnowCreek Mountain Sports and Ski Barn to offer ski and snowboard rental discounts of 15%!

*Please be sure to purchase your lift tickets and make reservations for dining/activities at the time of your rental booking.

2nd year in a row we stayed in this spot. Great location to the slopes and a great condo to relax in after a day of skiing. The deer in the backyard is a bonus and is one of my wife's favorite things.

Exactly what we expected

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment had everything we needed for a wonderful long weekend with family. The walk to the slopes is trivial, even with ski gear on. Less than 5 minutes.
