  • Currently packs a lot of bang for your buck! Location location location. Short two-minute walk across Woodbridge to assay hill ski lift, Ski back to your condo. A short walk up the foot path to gourmet Clark's Market, liquor store, Tasters Pizza, local diner, and Snowmass dispensary.
    The Condo itself is two-bedroom two bath with super comfortable pull-out sofa. Two patios with sliding door and open space off the master bedroom, washer dryer in unit as well as year-round common hot tub, pool, sauna and work out facility. Ski closet and dial a ride Shutte (village access) make our condo the ultimate in skier convenience. Ski home.
    Book for a month receive complementary weekly housekeeping and one gourmet catered drop off dinner.

Very clean and great location!

We stayed here as a family of 4. The location of this condo is perfect! It is ski in ski out, in walking distance to Clark’s grocery and Taster’s pizza and a short walk to the ski resort. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms at a great price. We would definitely stay here again!

Light spacious condo

We were comfortable here. We enjoyed the light and space in the living area and the bedrooms, and it was nice having two bathrooms. It is a walk up two flights of concrete stairs so not suitable for people with mobility challenges, but made a great base for skiing with the bus to the slopes right at the bottom of the stairs and a good supermarket a few minutes' walk away. The kitchen was lacking some essentials but Peter, the manager, supplied them pretty quickly and was generally responsive. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

Great Location

This condo is in a great ski in/out location. While it's located on the Snowmass shuttle loop, it's just as easy to make the 7 minute walk up the trail to the village if you don't feel like waiting for the bus. It's also convenient to have the grocery, liquor, and pizza store located just behind the complex. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals.

The location of this property is ideal. Ski in/out, store in walking distance, shuttle out front. Alan was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Great Location

Condo was just as listed. We had everything we needed for a 1 week stay. We were there to ski and it is a perfect setup for skiing due to the close location of the Assay Hill lift which was very convenient. No bus rides needed but there is a bus stop right in front of Condo that is free to take into snowmass base village and bus stop for free ride to/from Aspen is only about 100-150 yards from Condo. We were gone all day everyday but it was a great spot to rest and can't beat location.

Great host and nice location

Host graciously supplied items when asked and we never needed to drive to anything in the village area. Good lift access and grocery store. Bonus was the rabbit I saw in the mornings.

This is a basic 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. Not fancy but adequate. Condo finishes are dated and plain but good enough. Beds are good. The really great thing is being able to snap on skis steps from your door and ski across the wood bridge to the Assay Hill lift. Then at the end of the day being able to ski almost to the front door. The hot tub is very weak. Way too small for a condo complex of this size. It’s a six person hot tub that had 10 people in it every time I tried to use it. I finally gave up on using it. No place to change either which is needed because it’s a several minute walk from the condo on a freezing cold day or night. If the home owner’s association wanted to spend some money with the biggest return it would be to put in a much bigger hot tub or 2 with an available heated changing room.

Location location

We had five guys that stayed in this condo during the winter of 2023. We were very impressed with the proximity to the slopes. It was legitimately a three minute walk to the assay hill lift, which was extremely convenient. The condo had everything that we needed. 505 stars.

Location, layout and responsiveness

This property is in one of four Woodbridge buildings that is closest to Assay Hill (ski in & out), Clarks grocery et al. and about 20 steps from the bus stop. It's dated but has an excellent floor plan with separate sinks for each bath. The master bedroom only has a full size (smaller than the pull out in the living room), not a king as stated in the listing. This is a rental unit so there are no extras like shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, spices, tools (e.g., screwdrivers to fix snowboards) or any entertainment (e.g., cards, games, puzzles, books, or even pen and paper). They did leave a package of coffee, which was awesome although needed more mugs. Spa is pretty far away so didn't use. Would definitely return.
