    • Guest Bedroom 1 (Main Level): King bed, Smart TV, closet, dresser, and adjacent shared bathroom with shower/tub.
    • Guest Bedroom 2 (Main Level): Queen bed, Smart TV, closet, dresser, and adjacent shared bathroom with shower/tub.
    • Guest Bedroom 3 (Lower Level): Queen bed, Smart TV, and dresser. No attached bathroom.

    LIVING & KITCHEN (Main Level)
    • Living Room: Open-concept seating area, Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake.
    • Kitchen: Fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, dishes, glasses, and baking essentials.
    • Dining area and kitchen with beautiful lake views.

    OUTDOOR LIVING
    • Upper Deck: Retractable metal pergola, string lights, and outdoor teak seating. Accessible from the lower level or side stairs.
    • Lower Deck: Additional outdoor space overlooking the lake, accessible from the upper deck.
    • Deck Stair Options:
    1. Brick steps: Older stairs; please use caution.
    2. Wooden steps: Newer stairs with handrails, located to the far right past
    the outdoor dining furniture. Recommended for children, seniors, and
    guests with mobility concerns.
    • Enclosed Porch (Lower Level): Comfortable seating with relaxing lake views.
    • Backyard & Lake: Enjoy the beautiful waterfront setting and outdoor space.

    IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES & SAFETY

    • Guests under 21: Must obtain host approval before booking.
    • Parking: No street parking. Strictly enforced by HOA.
    • HOA Amenities: Guest access is NOT permitted.
    • Lake Safety: Swimming is not recommended due to unpredictable water conditions and wildlife. If you choose to swim, you do so at your own risk and must remain within 12 feet of the dock at all times.

    GOOD TO KNOW
    • Guests have private access to the entire home, decks, backyard, and lakefront.
    • Self-managed property: Hosts are off-site but available through APPS messaging or by phone for emergencies.
    • No nearby public transportation. Personal vehicles, Uber, or Lyft are recommended.

Beautiful view! Close enough to everything but secluded enough you don’t feel the hustle and bustle of the city. Only downside is when downstairs you can hear everyone walking around upstairs.

Our stay there was wonderful. The house exceeded our expectations as soon as we saw the two kayaks. The interior of the house was spotless and well kept. There were two minor things that would have made our stay a five star stay, the Internet was very slow and frequently out and the back yard was clean but could have used a precleaning before we checked in to remove the many spider webs from lack of use.

My sister and I booked this stay after a long year of our Mom being sick then her passing. We live in different states and thought we needed some time together. This house was everything we needed. It was bigger than what 2 people needed but wanted to treat ourselves. It was just what we needed. We relaxed enjoyed the lake views and it really gave us a sense of peace. So close to Stone Mountain and any shopping we desired. We will keep this in our favorites and will book again with our families.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We loved waking up early and enjoying our coffee on the dock looking out on the lake. We loved having the kayaks available and using them out on the lake. Kitchen felt well stocked and the home was clean.

Beautiful views of the lake. Very comfortable beds. Would be a great summer place, but we enjoyed our stay even in cooler weather.

A quiet stay in a beautiful home

Our stay, here was much better than even expected. We were delighted to walk into the home and see the fantastic view of the lake. The house was very well appointed and comfortable.

Stayed here for the New Year for 4 nights! Forgot to leave a review. This house was awesome and had plenty of room for our family of 7. House has everything you need for a long stay. We loved being right on the lake and the neighborhood is super quiet. There are a few things that need to be changed in the house and some of the pictures need to be updated but it was still a great house and we loved it. The host was very responsive and even let us stay a little past checkout so my wife could finish the laundry before we had to travel home. Thanks for everything! I would definitely stay here again

My boyfriend and I got engaged in a park nearby and this location was the perfect place to relax with family. Its view is beautiful and picturesque. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with common seasonings which was a bonus. Host was very punctual/organized and had additional information posted inside the home. We will surely be back!

Nice house and view!

This is a nice property, looks recently redone. We would definitely stay here again. The huge windows in the great room showed the beautiful lake with water birds. Be sure to take pics of the lake at different times of day! Beds were off-the-charts cozy. And enjoy your morning coffee in the Adirondack chairs on the dock down at the lake.

Perfect retreat

We stayed here while visiting Stone Mountain. It was an easy 20 minute drive and there were plenty of places nearby for food or snacks. Our favorite part of this property was the view from the living room and kitchen, they did a great job opening up the space with huge windows. The only downside for us was the limited cookware; we had 3 kids with us with big appetites.

Beautiful updated home with a picture perfect view of the lake!

Wonderful vacation! The home is nicely decorated and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. There were a few minor repairs that could use attention such as a broken vertical blind, a couple of cabinet doors off the hinges and a few holes in the older part of the deck. We also needed to clean the outdoor furniture before using. But by no means did these things interfere with our family having a wonderful time! There was also a small charcoal grill available. Perfect vacation!

Great vacation spot

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location for us. My mom lives 5 minutes away. The house is very cute with great views of the lake. The beds were very comfortable. My biggest complaint would be that you cannot cook in this house unless you bring your own cookwear and small appliances. The ones provided are horrible. There is not even an electric hand mixer. However, if you only use baking sheets to cook they have you covered.

Christmas at the Lake

This beautifully renovated home was so perfect for our family of 5 to gather and celebrate the holidays! Marin was such a huge help during the booking and check in, the communication couldn’t have been any better. Upon arrival we were surprised and touched to find a big beautiful holiday cake and nice card welcoming us to the home. The neighborhood was very quaint and unique! Imagine our surprise on Christmas morning when the Grinch and Mrs. Clause were driving a boat across the lake with Santa and an elf being towed behind on water skis! The bedding was top notch, kitchen fully stocked, Publix 10 minutes away… we couldn’t have asked for a nicer home or more convenient location with such a lovely setting!

Long Weekend

Overall, nice property looks wise. The house was not very clean. Linens had some stains and floor were so dirty my kids white socks were brown. Outside which was the main reason for selecting the property was as pictured. But it was so dirty with cobwebs outside debris and just unkept we didn't even spend much lounging time out there. We were scared to sit of the furniture because it was so dirty. Really had high hopes. Also. Rooms are very spacious which was great. But the TV size does not fit. TVs were to small for rooms. They also could provide more towels for a long weekend stay.
