Private Pool & Ocean View

Enjoy relaxing with ocean and sound views for your pleasure off the front and back decks at the Shellcottagentb! This freshly updated, well-furnished single-family home offers four bedrooms and three baths that will accommodate up to 10 guests. The private heated pool offers a relaxing family space to create memories. The home offers free WiFi up to 1 GBPS.

The top floor of the home provides ample room in the open and inviting living space. This living space offers a 65" smart TV with a sound system for family entertainment. The spacious kitchen provides plenty of countertop space and updated appliances, as well as access to the balconies for the sound or beach side. The kitchen is well stocked with a coffee bar for your morning energy as you watch the sunrise over the beach. There is a tea bar for you to enjoy as you relax in the evening sitting on the back deck watching the sunset. Off the living room sits a bedroom that has a Queen bed and a 45" smart TV, with a shared full bathroom.

The lower level provides you with three nicely furnished bedrooms all with sliding glass doors that exit to a gorgeous view of the ocean. The accompanying deck features composite high back chairs and hanging hammock chairs for you to relax in while enjoying the sound of the ocean. One bedroom has a King bed with private full bathroom and a 45" smart TV. The second bedroom is a Queen size bed with a 45" smart TV, and the third bedroom is a Twin size bunk bed with a 45" smart TV.

Take a short walk across the street to the conveniently located beach access and enjoy a day of fun in the sun! Relax and take a break for lunch on the top deck at the outside table. No matter what you decide to do on your vacation, you and your family will enjoy all the comforts of "Shell Cottage".

This house was great for our family vacation this summer! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us, and we had access to the beach, a pool, and great views of the waterway behind us. The multiple porches were great for sitting and taking it all in, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Very Nice

House is super convenient to the beach and the walk is so easy. Loved that owners provided a lot of basic stuff which saved time and effort. Pool was a big hit. We have 7 people and larger bathrooms and even an extra 1/2 bath would have been nice but overall the house was welcoming and we enjoyed it!

Topsail Beach House with Heated Pool

My family and three kids, 9,5 and 3 had a wonderful weekend staying at this beach house. It had lovely beach access right across from a public access which meant you were just steps from the beach. The front porch had a lovely view of the ocean and the back porch the sunset. The kitchen was well stocked and rooms were clean and spacious. What made this house stand out from the rest was certainly the heated pool. Even in the first week of April my kids were having a blast swimming! The host also accommodated a later checkout for us. Thanks for a great weekend. We will be back.

Perfect spot

The house was perfect for our family. The location was ideal- across the road from beach access and very convenient to restaurants. The pool was the icing on the cake!!! There was plenty of parking, excellent rising areas to remove sand, and startup supplies. The kitchen was fulling stocked with all types of kitchen gadgets and service ware for adults and children. The communication was outstanding and very helpful. The easiest check in and checkout that we have ever experienced. Thank you😎

Perfect Getaway Beach Home

Book this house! Wonderful house! This house is in the perfect location and is equipped with everything you need. We had kids ranging from 1-13 on our trip and the house had everything to meet all of their needs and more. Communication with the owner was superb from the start! Great view of the ocean, short walk to the beach and kitchen has every gadget you could ask for, including coffee ready to brew! Loved this home and plan on booking it again next year!
