"Ocean Song" Oceanfront 5 bedroom Home

From top to bottom, this oceanfront property on Topsail Island has it all. Starting on the ground level, ample covered and non-covered parking is found close to the wet-weather entrance. Travel up the steps to the first level, containing three oceanfront bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and the laundry. 

Bedroom one, the master, boasts a king bed, double closets, private bathroom, TV, and direct oceanfront access via the lower deck. Bedroom two, perfect for the kids, contains two sets of bunk beds (one twin over twin bunk and one twin over double bunk) and also has access to the lower oceanfront deck. Bedroom three, offering queen size sleeping accommodations, also features a TV and access to the lower oceanfront deck. All three bedrooms sharing the lower deck also have use of the oceanfront enclosed hot/cold shower, perfect for cleaning off after a long day in the sand. 

Upstairs, guests will enjoy the large and inviting open-concept living space. The living room, furnished with calming coastal decor, offers ample entertainment options such as TV, VCR/DVD player, surround sound stereo, games and books, perfect for quiet mornings on the top level oceanfront deck enjoying a coffee before getting the day started. Continuing to the right, the dining area offers stunning ocean vistas and ample seating for 12. The adjacent kitchen is home to seating for four more at the bar. A half bathroom is conveniently located across from the kitchen. 

Bedroom four sitting sound side is adjacent to the living room, boasts a queen bed and shares a half bathroom with the main living area. Bedroom five is on the top floor, offering a private bathroom and two queen beds, it is the perfect retreat after a busy day of memory making with the family!

"Ocean Song," and the memories you'll make here, will certainly make your heart sing whenever you reminisce about your time on Topsail Island until your next visit!

This, coupled with the increase of guests in our area, creates an inconsistent cellular signal that is outside of our control and therefore, compensation is NOT guaranteed.

TRIP PREPARATION:
Access Realty Vacation Rentals adhere to minimum standards set to provide you with as many of the comforts of home as possible during your stay. All our vacation rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s) and more!

Please note that unless otherwise indicated above, linens are not provided during your stay. You are welcome to bring your own linens, or we provide a linens rental service for your convenience. Our vacation homes are not guaranteed to have consumable items in stock for guest use (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.).

Beach Nourishment: Beach nourishment projects help preserve and protect Topsail Island’s shoreline. Most projects are scheduled annually between November and April and may involve large pipes on the beach, trucks moving sand, and other equipment to rebuild and maintain our dunes. Timelines and locations can shift without notice, and we are not always informed in advance. While we understand this may impact your beach experience, refunds or compensation will not be provided for disruptions related to beach nourishment. For the latest updates, we recommend checking the town websites for Topsail Beach, Surf City, or North Topsail Beach. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions about potential beach impacts during your stay.

**Cancellation: Any cancellation of a confirmed reservation must be made in writing by Guest. Reservation payments are not reimbursable unless the property can be re-rented for the same rate and time period. Every effort will be made to re-book the property. If property is re-rented, Guest will receive reimbursement of payments made less non refundable reservation fee, cancellation fee (varies by property), and third-party fees (travel insurance, security deposit alternative, insurance, convenience fee, etc.). Insurance fees shall not be reimbursed unless the Agent is reimbursed by the issuing insurance company.

**Check In Day: *Your rental home allows you to check-in directly at the property. Check-in typically becomes available BETWEEN 4:00 - 6:00 PM on the day of your scheduled arrival. As soon as we are notified your rental is ready for check in, we will send you a text message to the number you previously provided. This text will include a hyperlink that will direct to the Property Guide with all your check-in instructions, directions, FAQ's, Wifi info, helpful tips, and most importantly your information on how to gain access to the property. Please understand that all homes must be cleaned and inspected before we are allowed to issue access details and you are not allowed to be at the property until you have received that text message.

**Early check-ins and Late check-outs must be pre-approved and are not allowed if there is a reservation checking out the same day another reservation is checking in. You may contact us the week of your arrival to determine if there is any availability to add an early check in or late check out. There is a fee associated with early check ins and late check outs.

Great home!

Property was great, right on the beach. The room with the bunk beds was tight for adults but other than that the rooms were perfect. We did have a large group at a retreat center across the street which made the beach more crowded than normal. Wonderful home!

Girls trip!

Thirteen of my friends and I couldn't have had a better place to stay while on our girls trip this year! The house is right on the beach with awesome views from every bedroom. The beds are super comfortable and the house is spacious. It was very easy to communicate with the rental company. We will definitely go back!

Was impressed that the home did look like the pictures.

Didn't stay long enough, very relaxing and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Did have minor issues I doubt property manager or owners are aware of. Outside lights do not work, remote controls needed batteries, oven light not working, screen doors need to be realigned as they did not open/close smoothly, a safety concern with the ladder on one of the bunk beds (the hooks were missing). I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
