  • Gracias por mirar a Pearl by the Sea. Muchos viajeros disfrutan de las imágenes, aunque mucha más información, si leen toda la información, ya que trato de agregar información e imágenes aquí y allá, aunque no suele estar en este sitio.

    Lo más importante, el Pearl y el Flip Flop Inn (se sienta al lado) son únicos a NorthTopsailOceanfrontRentals ... con muchas fotos geniales e información. Se sientan uno al lado del otro, en una calle privada en el pueblo de Stump Sound en North Topsail Beach. Así que mientras miras, piensa y lee con cuidado.

    Muchas veces los correos electrónicos tardan en llegar a través de Expedia (el propietario de Vrbo / Homeaway). Aunque siempre me alegra saber de los viajeros y responder cualquier pregunta. En su sitio de listado, Expedia ha eliminado toda la información de contacto. Para obtener más información e imágenes, eche un vistazo a northtopsailoceanfrontrentals. para ver el Pearl by the Sea y también el Flip Flop Inn. Nota ... ¡Pearl (y Flip Flop Inn) son tan fáciles de ver cuando estás buscando! ¡Sentencia loca, lo sé, a menos que me estés buscando!

    Los alquileres son semanales ... SÁBADO A SÁBADO durante los meses de verano. Pregúnteme acerca de la flexibilidad durante semanas fuera de los meses cálidos.

    Pearl by the Sea es una casa más nueva y se encuentra en un desarrollo principal en una calle privada al final del callejón sin salida. Aunque Expedia (empresa matriz de Homeaway) ha eliminado toda la información de contacto hasta que se reserva la casa, siempre estoy feliz de responder sus preguntas en cualquier momento.

    Estoy seguro de que te encantará NorthTopsailOceanfrontRentals para (o ambos) Pearl by the Sea y / o una casa más grande, Flip Flop Inn (¡justo al lado!) eso es parte de northtopsailoceanfrontrentals, y también justo al lado. Ambos tienen impresionantes vistas de la isla. Pisos de madera (ahora serán pisos de baldosas con aspecto de madera), con un hermoso tema de playa.

    Todas las habitaciones (King, Queen y dormitorio con 2 juegos de literas) en el primer piso tienen acceso a la terraza junto al mar y maravillosas vistas. El segundo piso (con dormitorio Queen) cuenta con cocina completamente equipada, gran sala y área de comedor con vista al mar y ubicación ocasional de delfines. Cuna / Trona disponible para los más pequeños. Televisores de pantalla plana en la mayoría de los dormitorios y gran sala. El elevador va desde la planta baja hasta el primer y segundo piso. No va al 3er piso. 3er piso es el dormitorio King. Sí, tenemos internet inalámbrico. Sí ... ¡piscina comunitaria justo bajando la calle!

    PARA MÁS IMÁGENES DEL ÁREA ... echa un vistazo a nuestro Flip Flop Inn (justo al lado # 181444 en HA) que se encuentra a la izquierda de Pearl. Hay mucha más información excelente en mi video Flip Flop Inn, así que míralo todo ... Cualquier pregunta ... por favor pregunte.

    Nota: Durante el invierno de 2019, el Pearl adquirió todos los nuevos pisos de baldosas con aspecto de madera y playas nuevas ... gracias a la tormenta en otoño de 2018. Resultaron geniales. Tengo fotos en otro lugar, y eventualmente las subiré a este sitio también.

    Expedia, que realiza cambios constantemente, ha comenzado a referirse a nuestra casa en la playa como un "número de unidad" para generalizar más nuestra casa y su singularidad para aparecer como parte del inventario. The Pearl by the Sea no es una unidad. Es una casa de playa unifamiliar y parte de nuestros apartamentos frente al norte de océano Pacífico. Solo hay un Pearl by the Sea en North Topsail Beach en Village of Stump Sound.

We so enjoyed our stay at the Pearl! Susan was super to work with, the house was very clean and it was so convenient for the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and the volleyball and putt putt areas were enjoyed by our kids. The elevator was great to have with aging parents. Highly recommend!

This vacation rental has it all! Property was well maintained and very clean. All the beds were comfortable and that is always a plus. The kitchen was well stocked and it was especially nice since we cooked most of our meals for a family of 12. Extra refrigerator a plus and what a surprise to have a great ice machine! Perfect place to enjoy the beach. No crowds and my grandchildren entertained themselves looking for sharks teeth in the sand. The pool was conveniently located and never crowded. We all agree this place is a great find and hope to return next year.

The house was everything we wanted and needed! It is right on the beach and at the end of the road so you truly feel secluded. The beach was beautiful and not very busy for our spring break. The house was also perfect for our family. The elevator worked great for those who struggle with stairs. All the bedrooms had great space, a nice bed, and beautiful beach decor. Plenty of fridge space, beach chairs, kitchenware, oh and the best space was the 3 different decks you can enjoy ocean views from. We had an awesome time and you will too!

Weekly Wonderful

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet. It was a wonderful week and we enjoyed the property. The owners provided anything you could imagine and obviously care about about the property and renters. I would recommend this property over and over.

“The Pearl by the Sea” was a Pearl!

We just finish an adult only family reunion at Topsail and “The Pearl”. Beautiful home with bright, beach colors and all the amenities of your own home! Especially liked the the elevator, walk way to the beach and the ice machine downstairs.

What a fabulous place!

The Pearl will not disappoint! The location is perfect-oceanfront, beautiful yard, close to amenities. It has the best well-stocked kitchen I have ever seen!! Our family loved the decor, the large kitchen table for meals and puzzles, the elevator for hauling up suitcases/groceries, and the kid toys and games. Wonderful!

Great property, super vacation

There is no downside to this property. The property owners are attentive and helpful. The house is beautifully furnished. The best part is the wide front porch off of the kitchen living area where we spent many hours enjoying the view and letting the little ones play. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful week at the Pearl

We had an amazing stay at the Pearl. It was a very last minute booking (other host canceled last minute, putting us in quite a predicament) and Susan was very responsive and helpful. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The kids absolutely loved the amenities, including volleyball court, pool, etc. My family loves to cook, and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. They’ve thought of everything. The owners were amazing to deal with, and I would highly recommend this property for your next vacation.

Gorgeous accommodation!

This is our family's second visit to the Pearl and we were excited to return to such a beautiful house. The ocean views are incredible and you can get your toes wet in about 3 minutes door to water. The house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The volleyball court and outdoor areas are a great way to way to keep your crew busy in the evenings with games and hanging outside. The living room and eat in kitchen was a great way start the day with our family with some having coffee on the porch and others lounging for lazy cartoon watching. We willost certainly return

November getaway

We’ve stayed at many houses on Topsail and this was the best. It is hard to find an ocean front house that takes dogs and has an elevator , but this one has it all. The house is stocked with beach gear, nice kitchen equipment, bath and beach towels, fans, sheets, ice machine and extra fridge. It’s in a good location in the center of the island. It has an elevator and is dog friendly. The kids loved the volleyball court and mini golf course. Lots of yard space for the pups. There’s also a community pool.Susan was great-very communicative and conscientious. This is an A house!

A Pearl by the Sea is perfectly named. What a gem of a property! This spacious home is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful ocean-front view, well-appointed bedrooms/baths, a kitchen that is a fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. The decks and walkways to the beach are well designed for easy access. The volleyball court and putt putt are so much fun! Add in Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards sitting in the outside cubbies, kid toys, and crib, what else do you need for a wonderful vacay!!?? This owner (Susan) thought of every detail to make guests feel like they’re not home away from home. She was incredible at communicating throughout the rental process. We will definitely be renting this property again.

Great for Large Group

Our family had a great time (except for Hurricane Debbie) staying at the Pearl. Susan is easy to communicate with and helped with all our needs prior to our visit and during the visit. Read the reviews before going because the house has so much to offer! If you are tight on space, leave your chairs at home and use the Tommy Bahama chairs that are at the house! There is a second fridge and an ice machine!! So helpful if you are like us and make all your meals for the week.

One of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in!

This house was so fabulous that I don’t know where to start. The home owners clearly take a lot of pride in this property. It is very clean and the kitchen is well-equipped (we like to cook) and even has an ice machine. There’s so much attention to detail - from beachy wall sconces and murals in the ceramic floor tile to a dolphin shaped handle on the foot wash station. Super convenient walkway straight onto the beach plus gorgeous balconies to sit and sip wine and enjoy the ocean from (the gate on the deck was crucial in keeping the grandkids contained!) Definitely recommend this wonderful house!!

Marvelous home on the beach!

The Pearl has it all - privacy, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, amenities, and most of all close proximity to the most wonderful stretch of private beach area. Our group of 6 adults and 3 children had plenty of room to gather at meal time or scatter for privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked for the days when you want to bbq or cook in. And everyone enjoyed their most comfortable beds. Our favorite thing to do was sit on the porch and simply watch the ocean waves, sunrise/sunset, feel the breeze and breathe in the fresh air, so relaxing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. And you'll not find a better owner than Bob and Susan Frank. They both went over and above to make our adult autistic son at home so that he could enjoy his time away. In fact, he stated that he always wants to vacation in one of Ms. Susan's homes! Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach home with us, we are very grateful!!

Just a wonderful beach house! Very well kept up and clean and the elevator was a god send in helping my friend with mobility challenges to get around! Susan is a great host who communicates very well!

Perfect house

We had a wonderful time. The house had everything we needed for the perfect stay. We would definitely love to stay again. Sadly it was already booked for next year but I can understand why
