Great location. Beautiful intercostal backyard. 5 minute walk to public beach access. However, the house itself is tired and in desperate need of a refresh. The biggest problem is the primary bedroom’s very saggy mattress. My husband and I were unable to sleep together without sinking uncomfortably toward the middle. I moved to a smaller bedroom with a better mattress but no AC air flow. There was a standalone AC unit that did not work. (We have one just like it and know how it’s supposed to operate.) The kitchen lacks basics like corkscrews, chip clips, and the Keurig needed descaling. All of the internal doors were swollen and unable to properly shut. Dishwasher door had no spring and fell on my husband’s leg scraping his shin. The house was very clean. Check in was easy. I requested extra towels and those were delivered the next morning. There are no blankets to use if you get chilly. (Primary bedroom seems to get bulk of AC.) There are no beach chairs or hairdryers. Just come prepared if you want those things. Wi-Fi came and went requiring frequent logins.
