  • Welcome to Knot Too Shabby, a charming and laid-back 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach retreat just a breezy flip-flop stroll from the ocean. After a day filled with salt air, sandy toes, and surf sessions, come home to plenty of space to unwind, recharge, and soak in the coastal calm. The home is thoughtfully designed for easy living, making it perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

    Your beach rental is located approximately 5.6 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge in North Topsail Beach. You will love the peace and quiet here! Head to Surf City or Sneads Ferry (mainland) to restaurants, shops, and more! Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island's past.

    Additional Property Information:
    Pet Free - No pets allowed by anyone on the premises
    Smoke Free - No smoking allowed by anyone on the premises
    Public Beach Access is located at the foot of 12th Ave.
    Outside Beach Butler is not available for guest use

    Trip Preparation:
    Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay seem as close to home, while you are away from home as possible. All our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, and much more! Please note this home does not come with sheets or towels. You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
