"Superbe hôtel. Le seul point négatif c’est que le ménage de la chambre est fait tardivement, voir non fait, j’ai dû demander deux fois à la réception que le ménage soit fait, malheureusement la deuxième fois il été trop tard, on a pu tout de même me ramener des serviettes propres."

"The room was clean and cleaned each day too, the staff were so helpful and friendly (and most spoke excellent English which really helped), nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
